The response from all the staff was very good. I really want to support the friendly aunty and the very serious Myanmar girl who is working hard. The bath is a normal hot spring bath, but I think the cost performance is high. Although the food is not outstanding, you can eat a lot of average and very safe dishes. This is recommended if you want to relax in a comfortable, traditional hotel.

The hotel is quite old and doesn't even have a toilet seat, which is unusual these days. The hot spring was pleasant, but there was no sauna or cold bath, and the open-air bath was completely visible from the surrounding hotels (the women's side didn't know). There was a hole in the curtain. There is no place to hang a towel in the bath, and although it may be a prerequisite for entering the public bath, there is no place to put a towel after washing your face. There was a loud noise like an air conditioner coming from outside the room all night long. Well, I was able to sleep, but... Breakfast was a buffet and the sea bream chazuke was delicious. When I checked out, they waved me off until the car was out of sight, which made me feel warm and hospitable.

My family of 4 stayed here during the Obon period.Since I have a 1-year-old child, I called in advance to confirm whether he could enter the hot springs. The staff who answered the phone was very kind. When I told her that I only wanted to use the washing area since she was in a diaper, she said it was okay to use the hot springs. That's what I was told. The food was very delicious, with lots of local dishes. The portions were so large that I had to skip the rice, soup, and dessert on the first day, but I was so hungry the next day that I was able to finish the entire meal!I read that he was unfriendly, but I think that's probably because he speaks a little fast in the Aizu dialect. I think so.Everyone was very kind and the facility was clean. The hot springs were also very easy to use as there was a diaper changing table and about 6 lockers with keys. There were many people with dogs, so I don't think it's suitable for people with allergies. It is a hot spring resort that is relatively close to tourist spots such as Tsuruga Castle, Tonohetsuri, and Ouchi-juku, so it is highly recommended!

We stayed a couple nights at this place and were quite impressed. Note that I am not Japanese so my perspective is a little different than many other reviewers. The only negative things I have to say about it are (1) the rooms are very small and it's hard to fit the whole family in, and (2) the hotel facilities are a bit old and could stand some renovation. The town around it is also a bit dilapidated and has a lot of abandoned buildings. The good things: the baths were very nice and also clean. It was not crowded at all. The food was pretty good and the service was phenomental - very friendly, very attentive, and generally excellent. The town is in a beautiful location with spectacular views (a good and thoughtful developer could work wonders with the place), and if you have a car to get to it there are good areas close by. Overall, we loved the service, liked the food, and found the rooms small but comfortable enough.

A small inn in a hot spring town that probably has nothing to do with the Prince Hotel. The meals are satisfying with a variety of local dishes. The customer service is nice and has a homely feel that makes you feel like you're a local mom. The hot spring in the open-air bath was good.

Last time I came here with my wife, in-laws, and my four people, I was impressed by how nice the hot water was, so I went back. This time I was with my dog, so I planned to eat in my room, but I think the cost performance of this Prince Hotel is good, even though the facilities are old. We have introduced new things like a sauna, and the employees are all very nice people. The Myanmar waitress was also very serious and worked hard. As I was walking my dog, I noticed that the Ashinomaki hot spring town is in a state of decline, and Okawasou seems to be on its own, using Demon Slayer's influence to its advantage, but there are several footbaths, and I think the quality of the hot water is excellent. ♨️I would like to visit the Prince Hotel in the old hot spring town again.
