I stayed here for nearly a month during a long-term business trip.I was looking for one in Iwakuni City, but couldn't get any reservations, so I decided to use this one. The evaluation is based on consecutive nights.The good things about this inn are that the accommodation costs are good and the location is quite good.Accommodation costs will be an exceptional 3,800 yen/day (tax included) if you stay monthly.It's quite cheap compared to nearby business hotels, and of course it's cheaper than monthly apartments, so it's a good deal. Even if you don't stay for consecutive nights, it's 5,500 yen/day (tax included), so I think it's cheap.Next, regarding the location, it is located between Hiroshima city and Miyajima, so if you want to move around for sightseeing, it may be a good place. Other than that, there are convenience stores, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. nearby, so I don't think there will be any inconvenience.The bad points about the hotel are that the parking lot is a little far away, there is less cleaning/cleaning when staying multiple nights, and the refrigerator is small. There are parking spaces for 3 cars in front of the hotel entrance and 6 spaces about 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. This is just a guess after staying there, but it seems like those staying multiple nights are parked in the farthest parking lot. It was a bit of a walk so it was difficult to carry my luggage. Also, the stairs at the hotel are narrow, which makes it even more difficult (there is no elevator, of course).Regarding cleaning, if you stay for consecutive nights, they will only clean and change bed sheets once a week. A week's worth of bath towels and face towels are kept in the room, so the towels are good, but the bed pillowcases, sheets, and room rugs need to be replaced once a week. If you don't like it, you can use the attached coin laundry (washing 200 yen/drying 100 yen/30 minutes)I wish I could stock up on food in the fridge, but since it's a typical compact fridge, I could only store drinks. .Also, there are not many outlets and the positioning is awkward, so it is not easy to use.If you're looking for a cheap option, I think this is a good choice.If you are concerned about the details, spend a little more money and do something else.

The toilet is not a heated toilet seat. There are two coin laundry machines with dryers in the entrance hall on the first floor. There is a rule that rental bicycles must be returned within one hour.[Weekly hotel]My TV remote control had a weak battery and was not responding to changing channels, so I replaced it with the battery in my air conditioner remote control. I accidentally forgot this time, but I recommend always carrying AAA alkaline with you as insurance!
