Stayed in January. Only two groups were allowed per day, and we were the only group on the day we stayed. It has a homely atmosphere, like visiting your grandpa's house in the countryside. The facility is old, but it was clean and there were no problems. The bath is a hot spring with a river view, and the large windows give it a great sense of freedom. In the evening, you will have a private room in the annex, where you can sit around the hearth and enjoy the best botanical pot. The boar meat was thick, yet tender, and packed with flavor, making it an exquisite dish. Please note that the only alcohol available is beer. However, you can bring your own alcohol, so if you want to enjoy alcohol, please bring your own.We also had Japanese yam for breakfast, so we had a great time.I think it will suit different people, but I think this is an irresistible inn for those who like it.I would like to visit next season as well.

I was truly satisfied with the hospitality I received from the time I made the reservation and the time I arrived until the time I left. thank you very much.It was definitely the most memorable stay I've ever had.★About the room★The room was preheated in anticipation of the cold weather.Even though we were traveling as two people, they provided us with two spacious rooms, one for the living room and one for the bedroom. thank you very much.Since the inn is located in the mountains, seasonal stink bugs come here in search of warmth. There is no way to prevent insects from entering, so please be careful if you are sensitive to them. (I grew up in the mountains, so I don't mind catching them.)I think it's best to catch them with empty plastic bottles.★About dinner★I visited the restaurant early and had a look from the charcoal box.The homemade tofu that was served at the beginning of dinner was so thick and smooth that I wanted to eat it every day.The sashimi konnyaku was also handmade, and had a strange texture that melted in the mouth, unlike the chewy texture of rice cake when you pick it up. This was also delicious, something you can't taste at the store. The salt-grilled amago was cooked so well that even though it was a fairly large fish, I was able to bite into it from head to tail, all the way to the bones. The amount of salt was just right. The main dish, Botan nabe, had no odor, was soft, and didn't have any stubborn fat that would make your stomach feel heavy. The vegetables were also fresh and delicious. The miso stock, which is made with miso soup, is said to be made with a special formula by the owner, and it's delicious enough to be gentle on the stomach even if you slurp it as is, and it was fun to eat it because the different flavors come together when you make it into a hot pot. Both of us were surprised that the eggs we cracked because they tasted weird halfway through were actually twin eggs. The udon noodles and mochi at the end were both very chewy and went well with the soup stock, so they were so delicious that you could even order them separately.Thank you for preparing a late night snack (salmon rice balls) in our room.★About hot springs★The water was hot. (Maybe 43℃?)You can enjoy the hot springs while looking out at the mountain stream in front of you from the large windows. In winter, the sun sets early and it is pitch black at night, so it is best to view it in the morning or before the sun sets. I thought it would be beautiful during the autumn leaves season. It would be a good idea to bring shampoo, treatment, body soap, etc. for your trip.★About breakfast★There were six dishes: miso soup with handmade tofu, grilled salmon, pickled vegetables, chicken eggs (homemade), wild yam grated yam, and freshly cooked rice, but I was full.In particular, the chicken eggs (homemade) had thick yolks, seemed to be rich in nutrients, and were delicious. The Japanese yam grated yam was very sticky and resembled a well-boiled rice cake.A little-known hot spring located deep in the mountains...I would like many people to visit Yunotsubo, which is full of hospitality. (It would be a problem if we became so famous that we couldn't stay overnight lol)Everything was perfect, and I was so satisfied that I can't express it enough.Thank you very much for visiting us.Thank you, husband and Nakai's sister. My friend was also happy with his stay. I will definitely visit again.

If it weren't for the large number of stink bugs, it would have been a nice and calm stay.

I went there for lunch. I had the boar hotpot. The meat and dashi are both great. It's a nice shop where you can spend a relaxing time with the owner, the father and sister, who are friendly. 😄

I visited for one night during the button pot season in January. We were able to have a relaxing time as it was limited to 2 groups. The view of the snowy landscape from the bath was spectacular. At dinner, we sat around the hearth and enjoyed the exquisite button hotpot, homemade konnyaku, and tofu, all of which were delicious and filling!During the meal, my 1 year and 4 month old son started to get restless, so I thought it would be a nuisance to the other guests, so I cut the meal short and went back to my room. I'm so happy!I heard that playing in the river is fun in the summer, so I would like to stay there again around the end of June!
