It's close to the ferry port to Miyajima, and the location from the guest rooms is great. Dinner was also very delicious! There is also a space on the rooftop where you can spend time with your dog while enjoying the view, and the night view is also beautiful. I was warmed by the wonderful hospitality from the hotel staff. I would definitely like to go again.

The view was spectacular and the location was great.Boat race? The building was a little in the way from the room, but it was very pleasant to be able to climb to the roof and see a panoramic view of Miyajima.

I stayed for 2 nights without meals. All the employees were very friendly and I felt very comfortable using the facility.Although it was a twin room, it was a type of room with a Japanese-style room in the back, so I was grateful that my children could sleep on the futon without worrying about falling. The hot spring was also hot and felt good.

I went on a trip to celebrate my child's birthday. I was satisfied with the bath, room, amenities, etc.I checked in a little before the scheduled 5:00 p.m., and at that time I was informed that the dining room could be used from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and that alcohol and other drinks could be enjoyed during that time. When I returned to my room and was taking a bath, I received a phone call from the hotel telling me that all I had to do was eat between 6pm and 9pm. ``The meal starts at 6pm, so please come early!'' picture? Did I say start all at once? ? ? That's what it felt like. I quickly got out of the bathroom and checked with the front desk. You mentioned that you can use it from 6pm, but I didn't ask that you start all at once. When I said that, he seemed unmotivated and said, ``I'm sorry.''When I headed to the dining room, all the dishes and okonomiyaki I was looking forward to were already served on the table, and I said, ``Since it was late, I had everything lined up for you.'' I didn't ask that everyone would start all at once, but when I said that, a person at the restaurant said confidently, ``I've never had anyone make that mistake before''...I'm sure there are. In fact, if you want to start all at once, other hotels always tell you in advance when you check in, and I was told in the past that you should be punctual. There was a griddle on the table to keep it warm, but the temperature was so low that the food started to get cold, and the sauce on the okonomiyaki was dry and crackling. Nowadays, there are mass starts without any notice...that alone is surprising, but this is what happened. As soon as I started eating, someone passing by turned off the power to the iron plate. teeth? And the Rakuten Travel reservation menu said it would come with rice, but it wasn't provided, so what? As I was thinking about this, someone else was pouring their own rice when I went to get a drink. There was no explanation that the rice was self-serve, so I thought it was okay for my child to have no rice. When my husband checked on me on the way home, he said something that could be interpreted as ``no explanation was given at all.'' Seriously? Also, is it because the chef has finished serving all the food even though he is eating? A man brought a glass and poured the shochu inside the all-you-can-drink bottle. I witnessed it many times. I also saw another female employee go to the back with a soft drink, and while it's fine for customers to drink it after they've finished it, I thought it was an act that showed civility. (If this happens every day, wouldn't it be necessary to match the numbers when taking inventory?)This response was disappointing as other services were good. Considering the location and price, I think it would be better to put a little more effort into employee training.Another review said that it was good for people with dogs, but that the hotel's services were not functioning properly, and I thought that made sense. It's a shame.

There are evaluations that seem to be understandable, but I don't know what criteria they use.Considering the cost performance, I can only think of it being a perfect score.
