Since I had made urgent travel plans, I didn't have any options for accommodation, so I chose this inn just to stay the night, but it was a very satisfying stay. This is an inn where everyone, including the proprietress, is filled with a desire to provide hospitality and improve the experience.Although we don't have dinner, there are restaurants around Iwaki Yumoto, so you won't have to worry about making a reservation. The hot spring had a large public bath and was very relaxing. The rooms were not new, but they were clean and I felt safe. The other thing about breakfast was that I expected it to be simple since I thought it would be like a coffee shop breakfast, but the eggs were also fried on the spot, and the dishes I had modified were delicious and filling. did.Although the facilities and hospitality were different from those of a so-called luxury inn, it was a very nice and heartwarming inn.If I come to Iwaki again, I would like to stay here again.

The hot springs were a bit weirder than the reviews said, so it didn't suit me as I went there just for the hot springs. If you are not too particular about the quality of the hot spring water, it may be a good place to stay at a cheap hot spring inn.■Hot springAccording to the inn's website, the hot spring water is said to be flowing directly from the source, but the hot spring water is simply poured into the bathtub, which is large enough to accommodate more than 10 people. There was no overflow, so there may be chlorine disinfection/circulation, but if the water is flowing directly from the source, it would be quite difficult to maintain hygiene.(I was careful not to let the hot spring water get into my eyes or mouth, and took a shower after taking a bath before leaving.)■EquipmentAlthough the building is old, it was well-maintained and I had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience.I stayed in the smallest room, but since the ceiling wasn't low, I didn't feel particularly cramped. There is no soundproofing, and you can hear the sounds from the hallway, but considering the price range, I think soundproofing is a luxury.■CookingBreakfast is a fusion of Japanese and Western style, with a choice of white rice or white bread as the staple food.I chose white rice, but since corn soup and fried eggs came out, I regretted that I should have had bread instead.Although the number of items was small, each item seemed to be handmade and tasted delicious.

My husband and I suddenly wanted to travel and headed towards Iwaki. This was an inn that was introduced at the tourist information center. The exterior, interior, and rooms are showing their age, but there are no particular problems. I will have dinner outside. When I returned to the hotel after dinner, I heard the sound of a piano. It was the sound of the landlady's piano. I, a chanson/jazz singer who usually refrains from giving my name, find myself saying my name because of the wonderful sound. I was taught a song called La Bohème.After that, before going to bed, I went to the hot springs on the top floor, and the night view, hot water temperature, and yunohana, I was alone and feeling good after drinking, so I couldn't help but whistle La Bohème. I did.The breakfast was homemade by the landlady and was well-balanced and delicious, and the coffee, which I don't usually drink, was also delicious. When checking out, the landlady said, ``Please do your best with your new song.'' I replied, "I'll be back."Landlady, please let me sing on your piano this time.Thank you very much for your help.We look forward to seeing you again!

Yumoto Onsen for the first time in a while. The only memory I have is that the last time I was there was over 15 years ago when I stayed there for a golf trip.I remember staying at Furutaki-san's that time. No, I remembered that I had stayed at Hawaiian's for work.I think it was about 10 years ago after the earthquake.Apparently they don't serve dinner here. When I looked it up on Google Maps, there were many restaurants nearby. There are some hot spring towns that don't have any restaurants at all, so it's a convenient environment for business travelers.I decided to visit a shop that a classmate had started in Fukushima Prefecture, and I also decided to go on a solo trip to a hot spring. So, I booked a room here without meals. The building is old and the rooms are small, but the price was tolerable even at the Obon price (a little over 10,000 yen), and I was satisfied with the content.(You'll have to pay more than 25,000 yen to stay in a reasonably good place.)The quality of the hot spring water felt like it was flowing straight through the water. It's good that the water isn't too hot.I can keep it in for a long time.I think it's a good place to enjoy hot springs without expecting too much.

Two people stayed here the other day. Old building plan for overnight stay without meals. I was told that the reason for this was that it was facing the road and the noise was a problem, so it wasn't suitable for sensitive people, but I didn't really notice the noise and was rather disappointed by other things. They are listed below. The room is an 8 tatami Japanese style room that is undeniably old. It was on the same floor as the dining hall, next to the equipment cabinet. I felt that the rooms that were originally used by employees and tour operators were renovated into guest rooms (this is just my personal speculation). When viewed from the outside, it is above the garage (warehouse). There is an air conditioner, but even though it was a hot day, the room was not cooled beforehand and the room was like a sauna. I felt sick from the start. Since the check-in time is communicated in advance, I wish they would have demonstrated their service spirit in a place like this. The toilet is old and the toilet bowl is Japanese style. We just put a toilet seat to make the Japanese-style toilet bowl Western-style, and of course there is no washlet. Also, the scent from the air freshener in the bathroom was so strong that it came all the way to my room and made me feel sick. When I opened the window for ventilation, I saw a rusty handrail... I felt like it symbolized this room. There was also an unwrapped towel on the table in the room, and when I touched it, it was lukewarm. It seems that the clothes are washed and used at this facility rather than for commercial use, but it would be unhygienic to leave them in a hot and humid room. It becomes a breeding ground for germs. Of course I didn't use it.The bathroom, which was originally a room bath, had been unnaturally renovated and a cupboard was placed above the blocked bathtub, with cups, bowls, and an electric kettle prepared. The hot spring bath is of the type commonly found in hotels and has a somewhat run-down feel. The cleaning is thorough and the hot water is not bad, but there is only an indoor bath and no outdoor bath. The women's bath seems to be much smaller than the men's bath.In conclusion, although it was a reasonable plan, I thought that the cost of 12,000 yen per night for 2 people without meals was high and the cost performance was poor due to the room and facilities. I regret that it would have been much more comfortable and cheaper to use the hot springs as a stopover and stay at a business hotel near Iwaki Station. The above was my personal subjective opinion.

[There is a locker for valuables in the bathroom❗️]2024-6Stayed here after a family trip to Hawaiians. There was a locker for valuables in the bathroom❗️This is a key-operated valuables locker that does not require coins. No need for 100 yen coins 🎵This is my second time at Iwaso and it was really good. There are many business hotels that cost over 10,000 yen for a room without meals. On that point, you can stay at Iwaso for less than 10,000 yen, which includes hot springs and breakfast.Although we don't have dinner, I think it's cheaper and more delicious to go out to eat at a popular restaurant than to eat at an inn or hotel, so you'll be lucky if you can stay cheap without dinner.[Ryokan without dinner 💡]2024‐2‐(Sat)It used to be a Japanese-style inn, but now they have stopped serving dinner. Therefore, since there is no dinner, I have to go to a nearby restaurant to eat. (A convenience store is fine, though.)This time, I decided to stay here because I was planning to drink alcohol at a nearby seafood restaurant. This time, it was 8,470 yen/person + bathing tax of 150 yen = 8,620 yen for Saturday stay, old building, and breakfast. The Fukushima Prefecture "Come." discount was applied, and with a 3,000 yen discount, it was 5,620 yen/person.Well, I was looking for an accommodation over 8,000 yen to get a discount.I could have stayed at the cheapest business hotel nearby for around 6,000 yen, but I chose this hotel considering the discount and the fact that it had a hot spring. There was a review saying that the bath was lukewarm, but the temperature was just right for me.The bathtub is large and there are 8 seats in the washing area.It was a very pleasant bath 😌The room was in the old building and was cheaper than usual. It certainly felt old and the toilet was an old type with tiles, but it was acceptable.I didn't mind because I wanted to stay cheaply. The free massage room had 4 massage machines, 2 foot massage machines, and 1 horseback massage machine. It was great that there were a lot of them and they were free to use.I thought if I went with my kids, they would be able to play with the horse-riding massage machine 😁The breakfast is said to be a "simple breakfast", but it was very delicious. This time, the hostess's homemade jams were shiso, mandarin orange, and persimmon, and they were all delicious.I would like to stay again if I have a chance🎵

I stayed on a room only plan.I was given some recommended restaurants and enjoyed dinner at Yakitori Juhachiban.Iwabetsu's building itself cannot be said to be new, but the rooms themselves are clean. The hot spring in the large public bath is also nice.I was a little disappointed that the air from the air conditioner in the room seemed to have a musty smell.

Use the large public bath on the 6th floor for a day trip hot spring. It was nice to have face towels, a large fan, and a water server. I think it's one of the highest quality hot springs in the area.
