The inn seemed old, but it had been beautifully renovated, the rooms were spacious, and there was no troublesome system such as card keys, so I was able to spend a relaxing time. The rooftop open-air bath made of cypress is small but comfortable, and although there was no dressing table, it was nice to be able to use the large bath on the third floor. The food was sumptuous and I had a good breakfast. There were many thoughtful touches throughout, such as welcome drinks and shaved ice after bathing.Iizaka Onsen is a hot spring that I have fond memories of when I was young, and although it felt a little deserted, it is a hot spring resort that I would like to visit again.*The photo is of breakfast (^^)

I used it at a day trip hot spring. It costs 900 yen per person and includes a towel with the inn's name on it. I heard there was an open-air bath on the 9th floor so I went straight there! It looks like a cypress bath, so be careful as it can be slippery. It's on the rooftop so the view is good. There were probably about 6 washrooms. There are plenty of shampoos as well. There is also a water server in the hallway, so you can stay hydrated. The indoor bath was on the 3rd floor and also had a jacuzzi. The lobby was spacious and I was able to relax after taking a bath. Recommended!

I went to Fukushima Prefecture during my summer vacation on June 26th and 27th. I was looking for a place to stay in Iizaka Onsen and decided to stay because it had an open-air bath and the price was attractive. There are large public baths on the 9th and 3rd floors, which are available 24 hours a day. The open-air bath is on the 9th floor. A bath connected to a dressing room made of Japanese cypress. The night view of Iizaka Onsen and Fukushima city was amazing, and the open-air bath was perfect for enjoying Iizaka Onsen's famous hot water. The room was spacious and I was able to spend a relaxing time when I was alone. The location was perfect, as it was close to Iizaka Onsen Station and a convenience store, and I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. The customer service was also good, as the staff carefully printed out maps and told us where to park.
