The building itself smells like mold when you enter...I stayed there through a friend's introduction, and the bathroom was dirty and the changing room was full of dust. The stairs were dirty and there were even cobwebs everywhere.When I was casually looking around, I noticed that employees were parking their cars at convenient locations closest to the building. Even though customers were asked to park in the parking lot under the slope...I felt like they didn't understand how to deal with customers.The old man at the front desk seemed unmotivated, and some of my family and friends had come to take a hot spring...I don't think I'll go there again. This is truly a members-only resort facility! ? quality. I don't know how much the membership is, but I don't think you need even 10,000 yen a year. Actually, I would like to give it zero stars.

I used it at the end of the year, and there were about 20 stink bugs behind the curtains and behind the furniture, and about 10 stink bugs between each mattress. In other words, there were over 50 of them. …

I stayed here around the end of December 2019. Apparently there were a lot of cancellations from skiers due to the lack of snow, and there were only a few other guests besides us. Thanks to you, I was able to enjoy the large bath, which was more than 10 tatami mats in size, which I took three times and enjoyed privately every time. The bath is open 24 hours a day, and of course the water is fed directly from the source.The room was a bit retro, but it was quite spacious and I was satisfied.
