We were warmly welcomed by the whole family. Living with a family is a very special way to get to know Japan. We can only recommend it. Early on we were told “there is nothing to do here except sleep, eat and farm”. For anyone for whom that sounds good, who wants to get out of the hectic city and get to know rural life in Japan, this "accommodation" is just the thing. The food, hospitality and surroundings were all simply fantastic. The area is beautiful - the only thing that could be better would be a few more hiking trails.

Grateful for all the food, hospitality and care during our trip. Drawing with Aroi was so much fun. Thanks again for being so kind to us.

The grandma was friendly and fun, there were hammocks and balance balls, and you could see the stars at night and it was beautiful.

I only stayed for one night, but it was a place that made me feel like I was staying at my own home in the countryside. My daughter had all the volumes of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, so she read it all the time, and it was fun to try out things like picking vegetables.I would like to go again if I have a chance.

This is the best farm guesthouse where you can get energy from Sayo-chan.Although I stayed there for about a week, I felt a strong sense of security and the beauty of the countryside, as if I had returned to my grandmother's house. Not only the clean air and peaceful mountain scenery, but also Sayo-chan, who runs the place by herself, gave me a lot of energy. You can enjoy a sense of security and leisure that you cannot get in the city where you usually live.Thank you very much Sayo-chan.I'll come back later.

This is my first time staying here. They came to Wakimachi to pick me up (I heard they sometimes pick me up at Takamatsu Airport or Takamatsu Station if it's far away). When we went to the supermarket together, she spoke in an easy-to-understand manner, saying, ``I've got all the things I like.'' The house had shoji screens and tatami mats, and it felt like I had come back to my grandmother's house.Sayo-chan (the owner of the guesthouse), who is brighter than anyone else, cheered up everyone around her, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The bathroom has been renovated and is clean and has no mold, and there are two toilets (not including one that is under repair), so it's never crowded. There are two washbasins, a large number of futons, and the facilities are well-equipped, so I think it could also be a destination for students on school trips. (You could even choose the hardness of the pillow 😳Wi-Fi available)It was very interesting and educational to hear about Sayo-chan's deep life experiences.Thank you for taking the time to write a page of your enjoyable journey!I will go again 😊

A guesthouse built on a steep slope near the top of the mountain. The route is so narrow that you'll be in trouble if an oncoming car comes, so be careful when driving. However, when you arrive, you will be greeted comfortably by a cheerful dog, a smiling owner, and a service-minded owner.A homely inn where you can enjoy not only homemade gyoza but also the best seasonal treats. You can experience a lot of things, so you should definitely give it a try!
