I had the handmade Iya soba noodles. As I heard, the soba noodles around here are short and evenly cut.The flavor of the soba was very good, and the soup stock was also very good, so I drank it all the way to the end. I was advised that the mountain chili pepper would be spicy, but it wasn't that bad. I thought that the fragrant shichimi would go well with soba noodles. The owner and his wife were both very pleasant and I had a pleasant meal.

Although it is an inn, there is also a restaurant and souvenir sales. When I descended from Mt. Tsurugi, this was the only place that was open early. The owner of the shop gave us some information about the area.

Arrived at 7am!! I took a break from making soba noodles and ate Iya soba, thinking, ``You can do machine soba!'' It permeated all my heart and soul♪ After enjoying the highest peak of Mt. Tsurugi, the owner said, I ate the delicious Iya soba with the flavor of soba!! I also bought some mountain chili peppers as a souvenir!! I want to preserve this rich nature for eternity!!! I am against wind power generation! !!
