I stayed at Dome Cottage for one night to see Gina, who is number one in the ranking of signboard dogs.I had planned to stay overnight without meals, but only breakfast was paid locally.I was told that Gina-chan doesn't go out much because she is one step closer to becoming an old dog...but I was able to meet her two days in a row♪He was a very big, fluffy, quiet and cute baby!

Cycling, canoeing, spa, hot springs, dining room, and the projector in the room were all great. I had a great time. It was my first time traveling with my dog and I was able to relax.

It takes about 5 hours from Tokyo including breaks along the way.Although it was far away, it was a very relaxing vacation.The spectacular view of the lake early in the morning was something you don't often get to see, and I was moved by it.I've been here several times, and I had a comfortable time with my dog and family, so I'd like to come back again.

When I tried to check in around 13:00, the attitude of the young woman wearing glasses at the reception was incredibly rude. I knew the check-in time was 3:00 PM, but I just wanted to finish the reception early because I was always given a long explanation of the facility and it was crowded. However, the woman didn't say anything, ``Welcome.'' She just let out a big sigh, looked at her computer, and said coldly, ``We can show you to your room from 3:00 p.m.'' Is it possible to be treated so coldly by a tired customer who has come from far away?I got angry and said, ``Your attitude is bad, so I'll ask someone else to do it for you.'' Finally, another man took care of the procedure for me, but it was the worst to have to be made to feel so humiliated from the beginning. !Furthermore, the next day at dinner, I saw the young woman with glasses again, and this time my friend overheard her telling an employee who seemed to be her senior, saying, ``That person at that table is scary.'' What's more, your voice can be heard by other customers! It is the worst behavior for a person in the customer service industry to talk about customers behind each other's backs!The quality of the food is also getting worse every year. Only the price went up, but the food served was cold, and the salmon, which I could only assume was reused from the previous day's leftovers, was served as a separate dish. The rooms were not cleaned at all, there was human hair falling down, and the flooring was so old that it sank when you walked on it. I'm wondering if it's really worth paying to stay there.The only saving grace was that the older male staff member who was grilling the beef tongue was very nice. The rest of the staff were expressionless and cold, like robots, and didn't make me feel anything.This 2 night 3 day trip with friends was ruined from the moment we checked in. I mentioned this at the time of checkout, but I doubt whether it was properly communicated to the person in charge. If I have the opportunity to use it again next year, I strongly hope that the customer service attitude of all staff has been thoroughly improved!

We used the rental villa, tennis court, spa, and hot springs. The facility as a whole was old and had not been maintained.Overall it's a bit dingy so don't expect too much. Tennis courts are rough and irregularities often occur. The facility called a spa was a super public bath with lukewarm water in the outside bath, and I was horrified to see a dead frog floating in the bathtub. Also, there are no beds for dogs, so it's not really a dog-centered resort.

I stopped by a day trip hot spring.Please note that day trip hot springs only open from 3pm.There are facilities where you can stay with your dog, a barbecue area, a footbath, and a lot more, so if you're staying overnight, there's plenty of options. ?The hot spring facility was very spacious, with an indoor bath, a cold bath, an outdoor bath, a medicinal herb bath, two Goemon baths, a sauna, and a mist sauna, but the sauna was lukewarm and there was a description that it came from a source. I was a little disappointed that the bath didn't have much of a natural spring feel.

I stayed on a Thursday.Location = very good in the mountains.Service = The receptionist was unfriendly.Guest room: I stayed in a dome-shaped room.It is about 20 tatami mats in size and has everything you need including a bath, toilet, bed, TV, and microwave.Good points①The dogs were very happy because there were so many dogs. It was also great that there was so much nature.That's what I was curious about.① The fence at the entrance is poorly constructed.This was extremely frustrating. It's a door type, but it won't close unless you apply a lot of force... You can't close it with just one hand while holding your dog. When I looked closely, the hinges were bent. I would like you to take care of this as it can be fixed immediately.②The sound of rain is too loud.The ceiling of the building is made of a transparent material (acrylic?) so that you can see the stars, but when the rain hits it, it makes a lot of noise. Also, it's so dirty that you can't see the sky.③The building is leaning.The living room didn't bother me, but the bathroom was clearly tilted and I felt sick just walking around. It's a shame.④It's hard to get charcoal-grilled beef tongue for dinner.You can receive the beef tongue as it is grilled right in front of you, but the chef will``How many pieces do you want to eat?'' I ask various people while I'm baking and make reservations, so even if I wait in line, the items are all gone in no time.No... it means lining up ┐(´д｀)┌Also, since there was no limit, some people took everything with them even though there were many people in line behind them.

This is a good facility for bringing dogs. We walked around the large grounds and played in the water. It would have been nice if the dog run was a little wider.There was a line to check in and out and it took a long time. The domed cottage was clean and comfortable. I used the breakfast and dinner buffet, but compared to before, I felt that there were fewer items for the price. The dog buffet looked delicious and ate well, even my pet dog, who doesn't eat much at all. There is also a pool and a hot spring that you can soak in in your swimsuit, so my grandson was happy. The hot springs also felt good. The stars at night were beautiful.

I was really looking forward to seeing Garden Spa on their website! The first thing I thought when I saw it was that it was full of weeds! The situation has dropped considerably. The first spa I went to was empty and there was nothing in the bathtub, and they didn't even tell me it was out of order. There was also a place that looked like it was a river, but the water that had accumulated there was dirty and algae had grown, making it sewage. Also, there were so many chestnuts, acorns, etc. lying on the sidewalk that he walked on, and it hurt so much that he couldn't walk. It felt like being in a ruin. I will never go there again! I don't recommend it because it's a disgusting place.

I decided based on the photo of the rental vacation rental dock run, but it was very different from the photo! In the photo, the grass is spread out, and I wonder if my children will be able to enjoy it? I was excited and went.In reality, it's soil, and if it rains, it gets muddy! The frame of the dock run was broken and the dog was about to escape.The room wasn't cleaned either and my socks were black!Apparently the futon hadn't been hung out to dry, so as soon as I went to bed, my nose started to swell, my throat started to itch, and I couldn't stop coughing, so I ended up spending the night on the sofa on the first floor until morning.My children are also nervous about the husband and wife fighting.Even though I spent 70,000 yen, the hotel I went to was the worst.Those who had a spacious dock run for everyone to use seemed to be able to stay cheaply.If I had known, I would have enjoyed staying there.In any case, I don't recommend vacation rentals because there were no signs of people using them and the grass was thick.

The view is good and the rooms are clean. Hot springs are nice.There is a dog run, but it is not very good for medium and large dogs.There are quite a few lines for check-in and check-out, so it's best to allow plenty of time.The buffet-style dinner is rich in variety and convenient, but I don't think it's worth the price, so I think it would be better to pay a little more and choose something like individual BBQ. However, there is a trade-off with insect attacks in the summer.

This is my third time staying here. There are many different rooms, so I'm always excited to see what kind of room I'll stay in next! This time we rented the room as a vacation rental. I chose a room that was a little bigger than last time, but it had an indoor bath and an open-air bath, but the indoor bath was amazing! What's dangerous is that there's mold everywhere! When I wash my hair, I look up and there's mold, and when I look down and to the sides, there's mold too! It made me feel sick, so I washed it quickly.The open-air bath is the best and the room is also the best! We had both meals as a buffet. Is the quality lower than before? I get tired of eating the same meat (beef tongue) for 2 days. Well, I want you to do something about the mold in the bathroom! It's a good idea to use Kabi Killer! I thought it was a waste even though it looked new from the outside and the inside was still new. The staff are very kind! As expected, pets come first🐶I would like to stay there during the snow season next year. Please kill the mold by then!

You can bring your pet to the restaurant, and there are lots of cute dogs that are a feast for the eyes. The food is also quite delicious.The room doesn't smell like dogs either. It's also great that you can take your dog outside right away in a dome-shaped cottage. Maybe it's because it's a weekday, but I think the price is cheap as it allows pets and includes dinner and breakfast.

I love this dog-first resort because it has a dog run around the lake so you can stay with your dog and play in the pond. I take consecutive vacations every year. Since everyone is bringing their dog with them, you can relax.
