I expected it to be a secret hot spring deep in the mountains, but...There was only one bath and I couldn't feel the effects of the hot springs. Most of the customers were local elderly people.

Fuigo Onsen is located in Hisamune, Yoshinogawa City, Tokushima Prefecture. This place is along the Kawata River, about 300m down from Prefectural Route 248. This is the place where you can see the Takaetsu Ohashi Bridge! Since the names are intertwined, I looked it up and found that there was once a Nagoshi Mine about 100m upstream from here. This is the name of the equipment used at that time. The hot spring is named after that! The bridge that crosses to the opposite bank is also called Fuigobashi. According to the information board on the premises, there is a strange-looking rock called Red Curtain Schist in this area! Since it is closed today (June 10th and 11th), we have canceled our observation!? By the way, this hot spring... The facility says that a day trip to the hot springs costs 600 yen for adults, and you can stay overnight!

Day trip bath 600 yenAt 10:30 on a public holiday, there were a lot of customers at first, but then the number of customers decreased and by the end there were almost no customers. Maybe it was packed when it opened at 10am.It seems that the mineral springs are boiling, circulating, and chlorine, but the chlorine odor is quite weak and not unpleasant. It has a very faint earthy mineral spring scent. There is no open air bath and there is a jacuzzi which I don't like indoor baths. The view outside is outstandingThe sauna with enka playing was good for 4 or 5 people, but it was hot enough. It felt like a very ordinary mineral spring facility, but it was empty and didn't have any unpleasant atmosphere, so it was okay.
