I used it with my family in early March.Yahazudake, Mitsumine, and one other room face the river, and you can see the clear Iya Valley from the room.I fell asleep listening to the sound of the river. For the meal, we had hirarayaki made with local vegetables and river fish. Goshimo (Iya potatoes) are chewy and filling. Iya tofu is also delicious. The salt-grilled Amego was packed with meat and was very delicious. We also have venison. We enjoyed luxurious Iya cuisine. thank you very much.

I visited in early December.Considering the location of Iya, I didn't experience luxurious accommodation, but in that sense, it felt like staying in a traditional guesthouse. There is no problem with the size of the room, but since it is a guest house, I think you should not expect it to be a famous business hotel. Also, the facility doesn't have WiFi, so you'll have to do something on your own. However, Docomo and au do have signal coverage.(I don't know about Softbank)For dinner, on the first day we stayed, we had typical Japanese food, but on the second day we had food that reflected Iya's food culture. Hirara-yaki was served, and I received an unusual one that also included Amego. In the first place, there are no restaurants that are open until late at night near here, so I think this village will be the base.I was able to experience a simple life.
