I stayed on Friday, October 11, 2024.Regarding the route to the hotel, even with CyberNavi (Zenrin Map), which had the latest differential update (September 2014), the facility was not registered and the route could not be drawn. We recommend Google Maps here. The correct path is the one that goes up from the south side of the mountain. On the day of the event, there seemed to be about 15 cars occupied by guests, so it was quite busy even on a weekday. You can check in in the large lobby and rent colored yukata at the shop. Please feel free to use this site. Normal ryokans tend to be boring with everyone wearing the same kimono, but this place alone will get you excited. In fact, the buffet venue felt gorgeous with the colored yukata. We used room 503, a Japanese-Western style room. That's an expensive room. There are 3 rooms, each of which is spacious and you can see the night view from each room.In addition, the air conditioner was recently renewed and replaced with a Daikin one, and it was comfortable. I can now live comfortably...The buffet has a variety of options, including sushi, sashimi, and tempura, but the recommended one is the small pot buffet. (Seasonal only?)Take the ingredients, three types of soup stock, a small pot, and solid fuel. You can relax at your seat.Vikings tend to get busy. You can enjoy a relaxing time with a small pot.Tokushima ramen, bamboo chikuwa, fish cutlet, Naruto seaweed, etc.We also have local items available. The bath is also spacious, and when I visited, it was almost reserved for private use on weekdays. However, I would like to have a handrail when getting out of the bathtub, as elderly people may get hot and fall.To conclude, while most hotels in Tokushima are older, this one has just been renovated and I felt like they were working really hard on it. As it is a former Japanese-style inn, it does not have the cramped feeling that is common in hotels these days, and it feels spacious and comfortable in a good way.If you are visiting Tokushima for the first time, there are many hotel options.I can recommend this place.

The facility as a whole is retro, but the cleaning was meticulous and it was very comfortable. The large communal bath in particular is spacious and has a feeling of openness, and above all, it is clean. A Roomba was waiting in the changing room and there was a SALONIA hair dryer.Even though the hotel is new, for some reason they use old-fashioned mops and quick wipes, so I was disappointed in a good way. There is also a cold water bath in the open-air bath area where you can smell the scent of cypress, at a temperature of 12 degrees (early July). There were some reviews that said there was no cold bath, so perhaps they have listened to your feedback and made improvements. I have a good impression. I also enjoyed the ice cream service after taking a bath. The last-minute weekday accommodation plan was cheaper than a business hotel in the city, but I felt as satisfied as staying at a luxury inn.

The rooms were well-cleaned and very comfortable. Our room was upgraded, the weather was nice, and we could see the night view of Tokushima city below, which was great. The bathroom was clean, and there was a sauna and a small cold bath, and it was empty, so I was able to relax and relieve the fatigue of my trip. However, I was disappointed that the buffet I was looking forward to was canceled and instead it was Naruto Tai Kaiseki. I appreciate that you called me in advance and asked me about any foods I was allergic to or disliked. It's just a shame. However, I am quite satisfied with the quality and quality of the Naruto Tai Kaiseki. Also, there was no all-you-can-drink option available at buffets, so I had to order a single item, which was very disappointing as I like alcohol. I think it's a small detail, but the ice in the soft drink bar at dinner time was empty. My companion said that he wanted them to check it and replenish it. There were many types of side dishes for breakfast, and I was full. To say the least, the oden was salty, and it didn't taste like the soup stock, it just tasted like salt. I felt sorry for the person who made the food, so I ate it all. The customer service attitude of the staff at the front desk and in charge of cooking was very polite and I was very impressed. If I had chosen the Naruto Tai Kaiseki course from the beginning, I would have given it 5 stars, but I decided to give it 4 stars. Actually, it's 5 stars. I also enjoyed the ice cream service after taking a bath. Also, I think the onions from Awaji Island that were sold at the front desk are a great idea. I purchased it. Next time, I would definitely like to stay during the Viking event. I apologize for the long time.

This was my first trip in my life, and my family of four used it.You can rent yukatas of various designs for free at the shop on the first floor. There are also ones for children.I had to bring baby food for my 8-month-old son and had to give up bathing, but baby food is available at the buffet, and there are baby chairs and kids chairs for all ages, so you can feel safe bringing your baby along. You can also see a beautiful night view from the buffet venue. The buffet was lined with items filled with Tokushima's delicacies, and all of them were delicious.Drinks are ordered at the bar counter and paid at the time of checkout. There seems to be an all-you-can-drink plan for 2000 yen. There was a baby bathtub, bath chair, baby Pigeon foam soap in the large bath, a trash can for diapers in the changing room, and even a baby bed in the women's bath. (It seems that there was no crib in the men's bath)Thanks to the crib, my second son was able to take a bath as well. There was also a sauna, and the open-air bath had a nice cypress scent. There were cleansers, face washes, lotions, and emulsions that I had forgotten about, and the public bath and changing room were both very clean and nice. There were 3 vending machines for juice etc. on the 1st floor, and 1 alcohol vending machine on the 4th floor. The alcohol vending machines had beer, highballs, and chuhai. Personally, I would be so happy if there was a non-alcoholic option since I'm breastfeeding lol (I'm being selfish)The view from your room is the best, and you can spend your time admiring the night view of Tokushima. In the Japanese-style room I stayed in, the tatami mats were a little old, and there were some hangnails. It would have been better if the cup on the refrigerator, the tray with the bottle opener on it, and the window had been cleaned more thoroughly. The scenery was beautiful both at night and at night, and it looks like the family had a fun, delicious and fulfilling day.thank you very much.I want to go again.

We went up by cable car and enjoyed the scenery. I asked to be picked up from the cable car summit station without making a reservation. They kindly came even though they normally would have had to make a reservation. The view, the room, and the large public bath are all great. Although it is old, the tatami mats are clean and comfortable. The view from the dining room was simply amazing. I'll come back later! The staff, including the cleaning staff, are great!

Former Kanpo inn. It was a very nice and clean inn that had been renovated. Of course, there are some traces of the old facility, but the necessary improvements have been made and I feel that management efforts have been made. The large public bath is large and includes an open-air bath and sauna. The open-air bath is also lined with cypress wood, which gives it a nice scent. The dinner buffet is very satisfying, with lots of local ingredients such as sea bream sashimi and local beef. Dinner time is 90 minutes. There is an additional charge for alcohol, but although I didn't use it, there was also an all-you-can-drink option for 2,000 yen. The breakfast buffet includes a lot of local ingredients such as Handa Somen, and since they also have sashimi, you can enjoy it as a seafood bowl.I chose a room without a view, but it had a pretty good view.I think this hotel is doing its best to provide this service at this price.I will stay here again when I go to Tokushima.

It was easily accessible using a rental car, and I lost track of time as I was enjoying the night view, which was so beautiful that it couldn't even be captured on camera. Although the facilities seem old, they are well maintained and the bathroom is large and has an open-air bath. It was a twin room, and it was spacious and comfortable. Maybe the hotel room window is good, but even if you leave the light on at night, not a single bug comes in. great!

There was a live show so I used it.First of all, I was concerned about the smell in the hallway and guest rooms.Dinner and breakfast were buffets. The venue was beautiful, the scenery was great, and the food was delicious. However, wouldn't it be nice to have a little more variety? I thought.Breakfast is served until 9am, so even if you go there after 8am to avoid crowds, there aren't many varieties and they won't prepare it for you. It's like asking me to eat something. Also, the air conditioning is too strong. The staff at the restaurant were very unfriendly and unfriendly.

I used it for business, and the facilities are so good that it would be a waste if I was alone.Although it was a weekday, there weren't many people, so you can relax in the large public bath. The building is showing its age, but it has been renovated in places so it doesn't bother me.If you're not going out for drinks, this is highly recommended as it's more satisfying than staying at a business hotel in the city.Access is the only problem, but if you go by car, it's right from the city, so there's no problem.I'm being selfish, but personally I don't like it when it becomes too popular and the number of people increases, haha.
