P.S. Used for solo tent night on Saturday in August. The site was on the opposite side of the road downstream, so it was completely visible from the road, which was a bit disappointing. It was easily over 5 degrees cooler in the shade along the river. The riverbed is just down the stairs from the parking lot. I can't use the cart. It's better to think that there are no shops. There are vending machines. There is a coin shower, but the water temperature cannot be adjusted and it was hot. The toilet is clean and has a washlet (maybe it's only for the bungalows there?). For garbage, buy a large garbage bag designated by Okutama Town for 150 yen, which can hold food scraps and combustible garbage. Bottles and cans were thrown away in supermarket plastic bags.Unfortunately, there was a foul smell from the toilet near the downstream of the bungalow.

This is a campsite in Okutama. It is divided into sites near the river and auto sites. Both have water sources and toilets nearby, so you can camp comfortably. There are also cottages, so you don't need a tent. There are also day trips, so it's nice to have a barbecue. There are lights on the side of the building so you can feel safe at night.

Rich in nature and soothingPrices vary greatly depending on the number of people and the site, so plan accordingly. There are no convenience stores in my hometown. If you are used to camping, there will be no problem.
