Suitable for people who want to just stay in their room for a holiday. Not worth it for the price of 1,500,000 with the facilities provided.Pro1. The room directly faces the beach, the view is quite good2. The outdoor area (balcony) is quite spacious, suitable for relaxing outside.3. Many photo spots are suitable for making cinematic vlogs4. The food is pretty good. Given a complete dinner (two portions of rice, omelette, chicken stew, iced tea and a bottle of water) and breakfast too (chicken egg fried rice, milk, tea, coffee, bread and jam)5. The staff is quite quick to respond to requests. You can ask for a thermos of hot water and ice for free. The staff is also friendly, open to receiving suggestions and criticism6. You can see lots of fish but you can't fishCons1. The road to the resort is still dirt, there are no clear signboards and there is no lighting along the road to the resort at night. There is no railing on the way to the room, prone to risks.2. The location is not strategic, far from any facilities because it is located before bridge 53. Lack of facilities other than rooms. The lack of public recreation facilities forces visitors to spend more time in their rooms. Even the swimming pool and parking are quite far from the room.4. For 1,500,000 thousand rupiah, the facilities provided are inadequate. There is no refrigerator or water heater, let alone coffee and tea sachets. The TV is not cable TV but rather a player for the films on the TV. There are no bathroom slippers or shampoo.5. The network is quite poor and WIFI is not fully functional6. Some facilities need to be repaired. The AC wasn't cold, the bathroom water heater wasn't functioning properly, our room door was missing (couldn't be closed unless locked). The pillowcase is slightly yellowish in color7. Lots of flies in the morning, literally in every cornerNeutralThe distance between one room and another is only limited by a low wooden fence. Suitable for large families who still want to chat with the connecting room concept but not suitable for separate visitors who need privacy.

If travelling to Batam, this is not a recommended place to stay. Its too far from the city center, also no options of transport/food/activities around, really didnt feel comfortable there and checked out immediately. We asked for the refund of the rooms that we paid, they didnot even respond for the same. Very unprofessional. Don't go by the photos posted.

Many of the facilities are damaged... the beach is not really good... regretted getting a room there, it didn't match the price, dinner and breakfast weren't good. ordered online. written on the text. 3 km left... eehhh the Rp is only mine and it's gone Those who checked in there... regretted it

Tried booking 8 rooms via Agoda. First time round they cancelled the booking claiming that i did not respond to the email. Caused me to lose over SGD35+ on debit card fees.When i search on Agoda appears that they still have available room so i re-booked and this time i was attentive to any messages or email sent.They claimed they only got 4 rooms left and the balance 4 rooms will be relocated to another resort nearby. I said i was okay with that arrangement. But then 1 week later, they just suddenly cancelled the entire booking with no further information or communication causing me losing on my debit card fees again!. And best part it was only less than 6 days when they initiated the cancellation before our check in and it was weekend peak with holiday on Monday. GOOD JOB!Unprofessional. Terrible backend office i presume. Will warn others of this place for sure!.If you have no rooms, why the hell did you open vacant on agoda and other booking platforms ! SBS Resort,,,Plus Pointz:- Beautiful View...The view from the resort is the best at sunset...- The management staff is very friendly...- BBQ Package (Equipment rental only)- Free Kayaking- You can camp if you want...Need to Improve:- Some Villas still under Renovation,,- Insufficient facilitiesnone: WIFI, Water Heater, Electric Kettle, TV using FD.- Resort roads/bridges do not have safety handrails.- Access from the main road to the resort is still dirt and rocky

the location was very far from batam center ( about an hour drive ), the place was decent for a stay, was relatively clean but sofa was spoilt and curtain was very dirty. there was no hot water during our stay, however tv have some movies …

Now the facilities aren't that great... lots of them are broken, the AC is too hot... I'm disappointed... I suggest you think again if you want to stay there...
