It was my first time using it.It was close to the station, and there were many supermarkets and convenience stores on the way from the station to the hotel, so the location was great! Also. The second floor of the hotel had a Mario design, and it was a cute room that would make my child's expectations for Uniba the next day go up! The facilities were good, and there were many amenities, so it was great! However, since the entrance is narrow, it was a little difficult for one adult to put the stroller in, but other than that I'm very satisfied! I would like to use it again. thank you very much.

The hotel is wonderful. I have no complaints. It was so comfortable that I wanted to live alone. However, it was a little difficult to find the location, which was about a 10-minute walk from Nishikujo Station. The website says it takes 6 minutes, so I think it depends on individual differences, but I hope this will be helpful to others. The response on LINE was also smooth and good. Thank you for your help.

I stayed at Univa with my kids for two nights, and it was a very convenient location as it was close to Uniba and there was a supermarket.It was very nice to have a separate bathroom and toilet, as well as a kitchen and laundry facilities.They responded quickly to our communication on LINE and were very polite.I would like to use it again.

I used this to go to Uni!There was a Domino's Pizza nearby, so I had it delivered for dinner ☺︎However, since it was still summer, there was only air conditioning on the second floor, so it took a while for the room to cool down.After checking in, turn on the air conditioner and check out the nearby life? I recommend going to a shop to buy drinks lolI think it's comfortable except for midsummer and midwinter!

This is my first time using it.I've been going to Osaka every summer vacation for many years, but I'm disappointed that I haven't been able to meet Sakura Villa until now.I thought it would be a bit far from the station, but I ate a meal near the station and went shopping at the supermarket, and the time went by in a flash. I am grateful that everything is available and I was able to use it with the least amount of luggage on any trip I have ever taken! I am very grateful for the detailed attention given to me on the line and for allowing me to use the service without any problems from start to finish! Since we don't have many rooms, I don't want everyone to know about it...If I ever go to Osaka again, I would definitely like to use it again.

This was my second stay here. I went back last time because it was comfortable, the room was clean, and the access was convenient. I use it when my family goes to USJ ✨I can communicate with the staff through LINE, which makes me feel very safe. This time, Mario's room was vacant, so we changed rooms and the kids were very happy! I'm glad you took care of me 😊When I go to USJ or Osaka in the future, I would definitely like to stay here 🌟

After enjoying the Nintendo area at Uni, the kids were very happy in this room.It would have been even better if it had more of a Mario feel.The bath was small, but I was very happy with the bath salts.

I used it during a concert at Kyocera Dome.It takes about 7 minutes from the station, but there is a supermarket on the way, which was convenient.The rooms were well-equipped and I was grateful that I was able to do a lot more than a normal hotel.There is also a washing machine and a kitchen, so you can do some simple cooking. It's so comfortable that you'll want to stay for a few days.

I used it on a trip to USJ with an elementary school boy. This time, I stayed in a Japanese-Western style room, but it felt like a private guest house. You can feel the owner's sense, ingenuity, and care everywhere. Communication via LINE is quick and courteous, and access information from the nearest station ticket gate is attached with a photo, which was very helpful for someone like me who has no sense of direction.

Very value for money and near to USJ by train. A bit of a walk ~8-10mins to the train station, so if u have lots of heavy luggage u might struggle a bit (there’s a not short bridge to cross that’s a slight upslope.) …

This time, our destination was USJ, which was 2 stops from the nearest station and about 10 minutes from Shin-Osaka! (It was about an 8 minute walk for adults from the nearest station to the inn ☺️)There was a convenience store and a supermarket near the hotel, so I didn't have any trouble shopping!I think the Tiffany blue room is cute and perfect for a girls' trip 🎵My family and I used it this time. It also has a washing machine, so if your child messes up it, you can wash it immediately!The transportation is convenient and you can relax in the morning before going out.I would like to use it again when I go to Osaka 😚
