When I stayed there last month, a water pipe burst from the 5th floor and a large amount of water leaked from the ceiling of the room.As a result, many things became unusable and I had not heard anything about the warranty, so I contacted them, but they were stuck with no one in charge. It's been about a month and I haven't heard anything. Are you planning to leave it as it is?Did anyone who was staying there at the time have any contact or support regarding the warranty?

Closed until August 31st due to a problem with the hot water supply equipment. If you make a reservation during the closure period, you will be transferred to another hotel. This information will only be posted on the official website, and will be explained to you upon check-in on the day of the event without any telephone contact. You should definitely contact us in advance, and since there are many people who don't look at the official website, I think it would be better to post the information on other websites as soon as possible.Even though you have already made various arrangements (meals, parking, travel time, etc.) with the assumption that you will be staying at Pioland Hotel, it would be a problem if you were suddenly asked to do so on the day of your stay.It would have been nice if we had been guided to a nearby hotel, but we went from a hotel at the east exit of the station to a hotel at the west exit. They will arrange a private taxi to take you to another hotel, but the waiting time is long and there are many guests waiting for a taxi in the lobby. There weren't that many chairs and I didn't have much time, so I ended up walking to another hotel. It was an upgraded hotel, but the room type had also changed, and I wish there had been some information. It can't be helped that the facilities are defective, and I think it will be difficult to transfer to another hotel. However, it is good etiquette to notify us in advance, and the guest's state of mind may change depending on whether it is done or not.At least I was suspicious of the lack of advance notice.

I don't want to give even one star. I had made a reservation the other day, but the hotel had not contacted me at all, even though it had suddenly been temporarily closed due to a defect in the hotel's facilities. On the day of my stay, when I looked at the website to find out how to get there from the station, I found out that it was temporarily closed, so I hurriedly searched for another hotel and made a reservation, then called Pioland Hotel to ask for details. I did. Even though that was impossible, I was asked to come to the hotel so that I could cancel and transfer to a nearby hotel. I had already booked another hotel, so I told them I wasn't going and they canceled for free. I was very nervous because there was an event nearby and I was heading there on an expedition and didn't have much knowledge of the area. To be honest, I was so annoyed that I had to pay the difference because I booked it on the same day and it was more expensive to stay at another hotel. It's not enough just to apologize, so you should reconsider how you handle the problem.

When I checked in, I was told that the equipment was broken and I should move to a hotel near the west exit. If you knew first, you could contact me, right? That's impossible.

room sizeusuallyNot having an auto-lock is convenient for me as I go to get ice many times. There's no way I'll be taken like that.We recommend the 5th floor where there is a vending machine, microwave, ice, and coin laundry.TV is also bigYou can also set the lighting in your room using the remote control.Hot water in the shower comes out quicklyShower water pressure a little lowdrainage is badThe amenity body towels are short, so we recommend connecting two. There is a free machine such as coffee at the front desk from 15:00 to 00:00, but it cannot be used in the morning.I wish there was a washlet...Excellent locationOmiya's specialty, Kashira-ya, is also very close.

There are only a few outlets, so it's best to bring an extension cord. The air conditioner is also the type that comes out from below near the window, and I'm lucky to be able to set the temperature myself. The refrigerator also looks like a dice, so be careful when shopping as it doesn't have a freezer. It's a smoking room, but it was nice to have an air purifier. The door doesn't lock automatically, so it's like being at home. There is no phone in the room, so if you scan the QR code, you will be connected to the front desk.

At the reception desk, you can choose from 3 different types of pillows to bring depending on your preference, but there seemed to be a small number of them, so I couldn't choose one, and after that, there were none lined up.

I imagined it to be an old business, but the hallways, rooms, and bathrooms have been completely renovated, and unlike past reviews, it was very clean and I was very satisfied! Close to the station, restaurants and convenience stores. Is it unfortunate that the room cleaning company is so lax?The drain in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned quite a bit and was clogged, so the entire floor was soaked with water, and when we got to the room, even though it was a rainy day, the large windows were fully open! The curtains were closed so the rain wasn't blowing in, but it was scary to think that the kids might have fallen on it while they were having fun.
