When I go to Yunogo Onsen, I always stay at Kifu no Sato. The atmosphere of the inn and the attentiveness of the staff are pleasant. The menu is prepared according to the seasons, and I think it's very delicious. One of the pleasures of coming here is the cuisine made with wild vegetables from early spring.I often stay in rooms with open-air baths, and enjoy long baths while looking out at the outside scenery.Another reason I like it is that the entire building has tatami flooring.Everything in the large inn is always kept clean and it feels very nice.

It's very comfortable to walk barefoot throughout the entire building with tatami flooring. It's a space where you can truly relax, with every corner thoroughly cleaned, beautifully arranged flowers, and the pleasant scent of Horikawa. The food is delicious, the tableware is nice, and the portions are just right. The hot springs are pleasant, the service is good, and I love this inn.

The hot spring inn sells itself on the fact that you can walk barefoot inside the hotel, and there are no slippers. The room and bathroom are nice. The staff are also very polite and cheerful.

I went on a sleepover with my 3 year old and 0 year old children. The private room has an open-air bath, and you can freely use the hot spring water. The open-air bath can also be reserved separately. It was my first time staying with my child, but we had a relaxing time. With some exceptions, drinks are included in the accommodation fee, so you can order whatever you like. Above all, the people at the inn were very kind to us, and they kindly considered all of our selfish children's requests and took care of them. We had a relaxing 1 night and 2 days!

After the coronavirus pandemic, I visited you for the first time in several years.Even after staying there, I said it was a good trip and wanted to come back again, and I didn't think I would write a review, but the other day I received a thank you note from a family who stayed there, and I would like to write a review. I decided to write about it.Although both the addressee and the last name on the thank you note were correct, the employee's note was addressed to a completely different person. As a result, a lot of things that bothered me during my stay came to my mind, and I regret to write about them here.First of all, you don't need a thank you note if you just make a mistake. The good impression I made was ruined. Also, shipping costs and the use of that beautiful paper will likely cost you quite a bit.If you're going to spend money on that, why not spend it elsewhere? The water in the room was prepared in a pitcher, and I didn't know when or where it came from, but if it's an all-inclusive drink plan, at least have enough water and tea for each person in plastic bottles. I wanted to have it.When I opened the window, I found a lot of dead insects and garbage on the sill, which was disappointing. The work clothes in the room smelled half-dried.Overall it's beautiful, but I get the impression that it hasn't been well looked after.Even if the flowers and plants in the hallway are withered and fallen, leave them as they are.I don't think that was the case before. My family told me that the desk and chairs in front of the front desk, where people check in, etc., were worn down over time, and it didn't give a good first impression (although I think it can't be helped). The number of employees has also decreased considerably. We understand that the business has overcome difficult times following the coronavirus pandemic, but we have heard that most of the customers, including ourselves, are repeat customers, so please do not let go of those repeat customers by staying at a comfortable inn where they can always be satisfied. I hope that there is.

There were some foreign waitresses, but everyone was very considerate, which was nice. The bath was empty and I enjoyed it along with the bedrock bath 😃I think back then you could drink as much as you wanted while cooking. I was surprised by the service since drinks are often expensive.I liked it so much that I would like to go again with my family this year.

I was able to enjoy my time. The bathrooms are clean and I think the staff's customer service is outstanding. Meals can be eaten in your room, but I don't think it feels like home, and I think it's an inn where you can relax without the stress of spending the night over. I would like to visit you again.

I would like to write a review to thank you for your stay!●First of all, each and every staff member is wonderful. That's all! Everyone was working diligently.Everyone was kind to our children (3 and 1 years old), and this is the first time I've been to an inn where they put the children first. Do you all like children? It felt like that! When I travel, I'm always nervous because I'm worried about disturbing my children, but here, the dining area is in a private room, so I feel safe knowing that my privacy is protected. As usual, the children were busy, but since it was a private room, the adults were able to enjoy the delicious food at their leisure without worrying about the people around them. I can only express my gratitude to the staff who served the meals with great care every time! The rice was all delicious with a menu that showed the special care taken. My stomach burst (lol)The staff gave sweets to the children, prepared silicone bibs, and thought carefully about the timing of serving meals for adults and children (children want to eat quickly, so we put them first). I was really grateful for their thoughtfulness, such as cutting the side dishes into small pieces for the children.●I was able to drink a lot of drinks as they were all inclusive! There are lots of drinks in the room! Is it okay to receive such good service? ? It was at a level that made me feel anxious!●It was my first time to stay in an inn where the entire surface was tatami, and it was very nice.It was my first time to be barefoot from the time I took off my shoes at check-in until the time I checked out, and it was very nice. It can be a pain to wear slippers in some places, so I was able to relax like I was at home until the end.At check-in, all of my children were falling asleep, but since the entire room was covered with tatami mats, I let my son, who was fast asleep, lie on the floor during check-in (lol). When I got into the room, the child's futon was laid out for him to take a nap on, so I was grateful that he was able to take a nap smoothly.●As many of you have written,The fresh flowers displayed here and there were also lovely. When you turn the corner, you can see all kinds of fresh flowers. I felt the generous dedication. (We are a flower arranging family, so I think I have a pretty good eye for flowers, but all the fresh flowers were really gorgeous and beautiful!)●Since I was using the bath with my children, it was helpful to have a private bath service. The children were also happy with the duck toy.It would have been nice if they had told me in advance how to dilute the hot water. (At first, the temperature of the hot water was a little too hot for the child (^_^;)I borrowed the smallest size yukata, but it was still a little big for my daughter, who is 80-90cm tall, so if possible, I would be even happier if there was a jinbei with a separate top and bottom.●The public bath was also clean and spacious! It was my first time in a low temperature sauna and it felt very good. I usually don't go into saunas because it's tiring, but when I entered here, I was surprised at how much I sweated in just 5-10 minutes, even though the temperature was comfortable (about the temperature inside my house on a hot summer day?) I did. It was so comfortable that I felt like I could sleep. The open-air bath was not Japanese-style, so it was nice and fresh. Like a European spa? It was nice to see a different side and the atmosphere was different. Even if it rains, there is a half roof so it is good to go inside. Even in the open air bath at night in the rain, listening to the sound of the rain, it was very relaxing and relaxing.●Thank you very much for lending me a lot of children's goods. I was able to cut a day's worth of diapers and my luggage has decreased considerably! They also sterilized baby bottles, which was helpful.I ended up writing this at length.I had nothing but praise for it.It would be presumptuous of me to rate this hotel, but the hospitality was amazing and it was a very good inn, so I wanted to share it with you.I also received a polite thank you note (with a letter), which I was very grateful for. This is the first time I've had something like this done!I felt that every detail was taken care of, and I had a very good stay.I immediately advertised it to my mom friends and family (lol)Thanks to everyone, it was a very enjoyable trip even with children!I would like to visit again. It was a wonderful place.Thank you very much for your help!
