There are some steps in the hallway after getting off the elevator and some without. There are areas in the room where the wallpaper is peeling off. If you don't mind, it's a good place to stay for a reasonable price. Since the check-in time did not match, I was accommodated at a different time. I was told at the front desk that if there was any problem, they would take care of it, but if I had known in advance that there would be a step in the hallway, I would have preferred to change to a room without a step.

It feels like an old apartment building has been renovated and turned into a hotel. There are living room/kitchen + bedroom type rooms with cooking space (extremely small) and studio type rooms. For transportation, take the Tobu Tojo Line from Ikebukuro and it's less than a 10-minute walk from the station. There is a convenience store nearby, making it easy to stay.Smoking allowed in the roomFeels like an old flat that has been renovated and turned into a hotel.Living room and kitchen with cooking space (very small) + bedroom type rooms, studio type rooms, etc. From Ikebukuro, take the Tobu Tojo Line, and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk from the station. There is a convenience store nearby, making it easy to stay here.Smoking is allowed in the rooms.

Stayed here for around 5 nights, and it’s exactly what you pay for. Nothing fancy, just the bare minimum. It was nice to have a microwave in the room though. The other hotels I stayed at only had 1 in the lobby.

The rooms and facilities are quite old.I stayed in a twin room and it was nice to be able to stay in a spacious place in Tokyo for the price. The station is also not far. There are many small local restaurants within walking distance, and a park and swimming pool where you can jog within a 20-minute walk.I would like to stay again next time if there is a good price.

Pretty central. Shops, restaurants and the train in the immediate vicinity. Rooms are good for the price/performance ratio. We left after breakfast and returned in the evening. Top.

Stayed for a week here. It’s clean and it smells nice. It’s plenty spacious if you’re a solo traveler like me! It’s quite cheap too, the only minus thing is it’s pretty far from the center of tokyo. Takes about almost an hour to reach Shibuya. It’s a nice and safe neighborhood tho, lots of supermarkets and convenient stores near the station.
