Clean and quiet rooms, great service. You can also do laundry if needed. Close to the Oji metro station and there were plenty of local izakayas and yakitori shops around. Had a truly fantastic stay!

The accommodation was good, maybe a little small. I don't really like rooms without opening windows, especially since the windows are opaque but easily let in light and noise, the avenue is rather busy.Many windows cause a greenhouse effect, summer must be difficult.The photos don't really suggest that the bedroom door is a sliding glass door, which means you can hear noise from the building and don't really provide any privacy.The kitchen and washing machine are located on the top floor, I didn't know that when I arrived but I found out for myself. The shower is located on 2F.The location is good, Shinjuku station and Asakusa can be reached in ~35 minutes.Overall it's not amazing but I think for the price it's acceptable. This hotel is not accessible to people with reduced mobility and the stairs, which are quite steep, can be a problem for the elderly or those with motor difficulties.

It was very convenient as it was near the station and there was a convenience store nearby.There were double locks at the hotel entrance and each room, so I was able to spend my time with peace of mind.The dining area was equipped with a microwave and other facilities, making it easy to use.I was glad that the shower room and room had heating, so I was able to stay comfortably.

I used a Japanese-style room.There was a straight road to the station, so I didn't have to get lost, and there was a convenience store next door, which was very convenient.Furthermore, the room was double locked, so I felt safe about security.

Unprecedented price.It's close to the station, it's well-cleaned, and even though I stayed there in winter, it was warm outside of the room (personally, I was grateful that the shower room was heated).It had all the necessary amenities and there was a convenience store next door, so it was very convenient.I felt safe about security as the room was double locked.
