I go to various saunas, but this was the worst ever. Due to the lack of replenishment of firewood and water, the temperature inside the sauna does not rise at all, and even when I use the sauna, I don't even hear the sound of the stones.The water bath is lukewarm.It wasn't set up at all.I don't know if the staff's awareness is low or there is a shortage of staff, but it's not worth paying 4,400 yen per person.The sauna space was very nice, but the contents were terrible.I went with the intention of having fun for 2 hours, but I cut it short and went back to my tent sauna at home.I would like a full refund.

You can enjoy swimming in the relatively calm and shallow river. There seem to be quite a few living creatures here, and if you have a net you can catch small fish. It's not a clear stream, so there's a bit of a smell, but it's a fun river for kids.Camping, saunas, and playing in the river are the mainstream, and it seems to be aimed at a slightly more sophisticated and adult audience.

Use the lounge for 1 hourWhen I used it before, I had a nice and relaxing time...It's been a long time since I came here.A co-working space and a billiards table were set up.I took a seat on a sofa that looked comfortable, but it was next to a billiards table, so a group of young people who came right after me got quite noisy, so I moved places.Other customers were also moving (in fact, they may have gone home).I'm sorry that I couldn't spend some quiet time with you.There are some small drinks and sweets available, but the coffee cup and coffee water are not refilled and the coffee beans are not cleaned of debris, so the machine doesn't work and I can't drink the coffee.The basics are not working. I tried to tell the staff, but I waited for a while because they were taking time to explain things to other customers, but I didn't want to tell them because my time was wasted. I could feel the presence of someone at the back door, so I tried to call out to them to say sorry, but there was no sign of them coming out.Emptiness and shame...I read a lot of reviews about the staff not being responsive, so I can't help but agree.It's a facility that just provides a place and has a good atmosphere as long as nothing happens, so it feels like a high-stakes facility.I can't help but feel that the guests who only use the lounge are being accepted as an afterthought to the hotel guests to earn a little money.

I was using it with 4 friends.Since it was Obon, the facility seemed quite crowded.The parking lot was also quite crowded, perhaps because there wasn't enough staff, or because it was always the case. (The weeds were also bloated)However, there are quite a lot of facilities such as BBQ, sauna, craft corner, and product sales, so I think it is easy to use during the off-season.The sauna was also very fulfilling as you can adjust the heat to your liking.

We had a wonderful stay here! We did the tent option. They thought of everything, All the cooking implements were ready. And I must say the tent was very cozy! I slept like a baby. We look forward to coming back again. If you see this camp cat, please feed her! She is very sweet and hungry!

I think it's best to read the reviews before making a decision.The staff never greeted us, and the restrooms, tents, and shower rooms were all unsanitary.The tent and chairs were full of mold and holes, the tent was too low and poorly ventilated, and it was hot and humid inside.In the shared shower rooms, the body soap in all rooms was not refilled, and of course there was mold, rust, garbage, and dead insects. The sink in the washroom was also dirty and full of slugs. The worst part was that there was moss stuck to the bottom of the stainless steel cup that was provided. The staff members who were sweeping the area threw away the garbage they had swept into the river. Moreover, there was a customer nearby who was washing his cutting board with river water, but no attention was paid to him. The beautiful river is being ruined, and common sense is being done. Drinks in the lounge were never replenished, which was the worst thing ever, and I felt like the staff would probably do a better job of cleaning. refund level. I will never go again and do not recommend it.
