I think it took about 10 minutes to walk from Omiya station.The bath is a natural hot springAnd I think it was held from 18:00 to 21:00?There doesn't seem to be any beer, but alcohol and drinks are available for free😊I thought it was a perfect place to stay for business purposes, and the front desk staff and cleaning staff seemed kind and polite.I think this is a good hotel for women to stay alone. I would like to visit other super hotels if I have the chance! The breakfast was delicious, but if I had to say so, I would have liked a little more variety of side dishes 😅 Overall I was satisfied 🙋

There is a hot spring, butDespite the number of rooms, it is small and narrow. It gets really crowded.I think the time setting for the change of men and women is incorrect.The bathroom was full of grime.The voice inside the room was just a leak.The soundproofing in the room is also not very good.The amenities are complete and complete.Breakfast was a buffet and was plentiful.Welcome drinks include soft drinks and alcohol.

The front desk seems to close at 24:00, and no-shows are automatically processed. This is not recommended for those who check in late!Also, when you call in to complain, the manager responds, but he seems to be a short-tempered person and gets grumpy and cuts you off mid-conversation.It is better to use this hotel as if the staff are in charge of the hotel. I can understand why the reviews for the service are low.

It was my first time using a super hotel. I received an explanation from the staff at check-in. Polite and easy-to-understand guidance 😁I also received an alcoholic welcome drink ✨ It's a nice service with a variety of types 😍I couldn't go to the hot springs because the men didn't have time.

The room was on the top floor and was nice and spacious, but the bathroom was so small that if you lean forward to use the toilet, your head will hit the wall, so there wasn't much space. There is a large public bath, so I went there, but the changing room was small and there were few washing areas in the bath, so I guess this is a large public bath? That's what it feels like. Even though I had searched online in advance and found out that the place was empty, it was quite crowded. The customer service at the reception was polite and I had a very good impression. It's a little far from the station.

It's a short walk from the station, but there are convenience stores and drug stores along the way. The rooms were good, but the large communal baths, which are common in this hotel chain and have male and female baths, are inconvenient. If you check in after 8pm, the next bath for men is at 11pm. I couldn't wait until that time even though I was sweating, so I took a bath in the room, but it was a shame because I had chosen a hotel with a large public bath.Breakfast was okay.
