A great short break to disconnect, enjoy family time and relax by the sea. The balcony bungalow was spacious enough for our family of 4, and sea breezes kept us cool which was a nice break from AC. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and very interactive with the kids. Really enjoyable stay.

Went there for a school trip, room condition was not the best, maybe because we had the big lodge with 8 bunks. Staff was very kind (shout out to bayu), the beach was completely mind blowing; unlike other resorts, the photos in their website are not edited and look exactly the same irl. The activities are also very fun, especially the hike to the air Hitam waterfall and water activities. However, it gives more of a school dorm kind of feel rather than a resort, like the private island. Maybe this is because I went with my school. Either way, telunas is an excellent and totally underrated place.

From the moment that we stepped off the boat onto Telunas grounds I was blown away by the hospitality and service as we were greeted with orange sodas. This care and consideration from staff did not cease throughout my many days here. Some of my favorite parts about my stay was the relationships we built with staff because of their kindness, curiosity, and energetic spirit. Besides relationships with staff, Telunas cultivates an atmosphere where these relationships are possible with other guests as well. Due to the beautiful open lobby that overlooks the jungle and ocean our group was able to sing and share stories with another group that has been coming to Telunas with their family for the past 8 years. Overall this is a wonderful place to come, rest, and encounter authentic relationships with others.

Nice getaway from Singapore. A 45 minutes ferry ride to Batam, then another 1 hour+ ferry to this island. 1h+ waiting in between.It is a small island with nothing much to do, except some simple water sports (Kayaking, Stand up paddle boat)The water is nice but not incredibly clear or crystal blue. This place popped up in my IG some time ago. Never have I ever thought that I would find such a perfect getaway from my busy city life.Telunas is 90 mins boat ride from Batam. Its location is not well-known to most of Indonesians. More than 90% of their guests are foreigners.Its private location has given a sense of peace and mindfulness. The resort doesn't provide WiFi, and cellular signal is not that good there as well. So most of the time you won't look at your screen and ends up enjoying the nature instead.The beach resort has various activities which will keep you entertained throughout your stay. We stayed for 4D3N and it was perfect.Their resort area and rooms are highly eco-friendly. So don't expect a luxurious room like the ones you find in Bali.The beach is well-kept and so clean. They have a huge shallow area for swimming, so you don't have to worry about slipping into the deep sea.The water is not always clear, so snorkeling is not recommended. But you can rent a kayak or SUP and explore the nearby Mangrove area. It was beautiful.Last but not least, this resort is managed by a family of the locals. It helps building the local communities. And its staffs are mostly locals. So you will feel like they are welcoming you to their home.Their hospitality, warmth and kindness are unrivaled. They will make sure you are comfortable and that you enjoy your stay.
