Although the room is small, it is thoroughly cleaned. However, if you stay for consecutive nights, you will not be able to leave your keys at the front desk. I felt that the 2-star rating was appropriate for things like no WiFi, no washlet, and scary elevators. Since there are no other hotels near Shin-Tokorozawa Station, there is no way to sit back and improve.

This was the most disappointing hotel I have ever stayed at.The response from the man working the night shift is especially bad.I called the front desk because I wanted to borrow a charger, but they couldn't connect and when I went to the front desk, they weren't there. I had to wait about 40 minutes.When I finally got through to the phone, I was treated in a disrespectful manner without an apology, and was told that the hotel did not rent chargers and hung up on me.When I checked out, I checked with the morning and evening staff, and they said they usually rent chargers, so I felt like I was being taken aback.The female staff in the morning and evening apologized and treated us politely.Afterwards, I received a phone call from the man in charge to apologize, but he just kept making excuses and I didn't feel that he was sincere at all, which made me feel very uncomfortable.We recommend that you do not use this hotel unless there is space available at another hotel.

It's an old hotelWithin walking distance to National Defense Medical CollegeIt's a 3-person room, so it's relatively spacious and at this price.I think it's very goodFor breakfast, you can have your own yogurt, powdered soup, bread, ham, cheese, etc.

It's a very old building.The elevator is also old and slow.But it has been kept clean.Electric kettle and hair dryer in the roomToothbrush and extension cord included.It's right in front of the station, so it's convenient.

It was used by a family of three. There are 3 beds and I think it's convenient as it's close to the station. The nearby parking lot was full, but I was still able to park relatively nearby. As mentioned in the reviews, it felt old, but I think it's enough for just sleeping.
