It's expensive, the service is 0, and the manager is like a useless subordinate. In the morning, I was harassed with three garbage bags placed in front of my room. The room is quite dark.

Really good hotel, and accommodating. Can't recommend more. Only travelling can take sometime, however you do miss all the busyness of the central district.

Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days in a twin room for 2 people. When I returned from my second night, I found a letter left behind, and due to circumstances at the hotel, I was forced to move rooms and was given two single rooms. At that time, I received apologies from both the front desk clerk who called the extension number and the person on duty who brought me the room key.The next morning, when I tried to insert my room key into the automated payment machine to check out, my companion's room key was collected by the machine, but my room key was returned to me. No matter how many times I put it in, it wouldn't pass, so I had no choice but to hand it over to the front desk and have them check it, and they just said, ``It's okay.''No, that's not true! ? Even though I came home tired, I hurriedly got ready and helped move my room, and the next morning, I couldn't check out smoothly in that confused state, so at least I could just say, ``I'm so sorry.'' Can't you say it? Since you apologized when you moved rooms, does that mean it's OK now?I'm not saying you should guarantee it since the act of accommodation has been established, but don't you need to respond with sincerity? Even if it was a hotel with a big sign saying ``Daiwa House'' on its back. Please use this comment as a reference when choosing a hotel.(Additional note) A few days later, I received a reply from the hotel and they apologized, so I changed the stars from 1 to 2.
