I honestly don't know what reviews mean.Isn't it necessary to listen to other people's opinions when you don't know how you will feel?I'm glad I was able to stay the night.

We had reserved a parking lot over the phone, but it was full so we had to park nearby. It's cheap at 400 yen for 24 hours. There's a convenience store in the back, a shopping mall (everything from supermarkets to Uniqlo) on the other side of the road, and a food court, so you won't have any trouble finding a meal.When I entered the room, I was suddenly bitten by a mosquito, so I went to the front desk to get some insecticide, and they gave it to me right away. It was a twin room, but one of the beds was for an extra bed.There was a small old refrigerator, but it didn't get cold at all. This was the biggest drawback.

I used it because I had some work to do at Fujimi Industrial Park.The location is great, and it's the only hotel near Wakaba Station, so you don't have much choice.The hotel is old, but once you get used to it, it's not a problem.Considering that breakfast is free, I think it's a good deal. The occasional keema curry was great.

Old type air conditioner that looks like garbage in the middle of summerThe room is hot even with the air conditioner at max.You can get heatstroke at room temperature like this...The washlet in the toilet was broken and didn't work.The floor plan and location are comfortable.

Used for a break while sightseeing in Saitama. It was a hit when I searched for cheap stays and breakfast included even on weekends.However, the breakfast was disappointing, I thought it would be a buffet at APA and Route Inn, but it was the lowest variety ever.I probably shouldn't complain because the accommodation fee is cheap, but my kids were also disappointed and I regret that I should have chosen a better hotel.The unit bath smells like mold, as other reviewers have said.However, I think it's good if you want to stay cheaply.

Convenient location in front of Wakaba Station East Exit. It is located behind Gyoza no Manchuria. Some rooms have been recently renovated, while others have not, and it is comfortable to stay in a renovated room. Unfortunately, the walls between the rooms next door are thin and the bed is hard, making sleeping uncomfortable, but it's a business hotel, so I guess that's to be expected. However, I have back pain and it becomes difficult to stay for consecutive nights after the second night. It's a bit fun to be able to see the station platform from the breakfast cafeteria on the first floor. Tobu Railway's Wi-Fi is close enough that you can barely reach it, and the sound of the first train leaving will keep you from oversleeping as it's almost morning. Free breakfast starts at 6:30, and free drip coffee in the morning is also nice.

The building seems to have been built for many years, so some of the carpets in the hallways are torn.There is a bathroom outside the room, but it cannot be used.The washing machine is out of order and the coin laundry is far away.

A business hotel in front of Wakaba Station. Considering the price, it is showing signs of aging. It may be good when Kawagoe etc. are high. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, and although there aren't many items, it's home-cooked with lots of vegetables, and the raw eggs are quite large despite the rising prices. Breakfast is excellent.

Good location. There is a shopping center called Wakaba Walk in front of the hotel, and there is also a movie theater. There are many restaurants nearby so there are no complaints.My only complaint is the hotel itself.Guests staying multiple nights decide on cleaning days twice a week when they check in, but they were allowed to come in on other days. Please give me a break. Same with empty nests. It seems that the cause was a mistake on the management's part, but the cleaning staff also had a chance to notice.On another day, it was a regular cleaning day, but the cleaning was completed with the door closed using the door guard. When I got home, I got a card key from the front desk, and when I went to my room, the door was already open. impossible.This is due to a lack of skill on the part of the cleaning staff, but the root cause is a lack of management on the part of the manager. Lack of education.I lost some money in my room, but I don't know if that's the reason, and I gave up because it was too troublesome to get involved with the police.It might be possible if you don't stay for consecutive nights.

It's close to the station and there's a shopping mall right in front of it.Good location.The building and rooms are equivalent to their age.The staff's response is also good.Although the breakfast is limited in number, it is well-balanced.I would like to use this when I go on a business trip.

Regarding the service, I think it is the best among hotels. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I suddenly had to stay for several nights, but they kindly explained the procedure.

Good thing = locationOther = First of all, there is no extension for the phone.When I tried to call the front desk, I couldn't find the phone.I had no choice, so I dialed an outside line from my smartphone.When I asked them why there was no extension, they said they didn't know! ️ Also, the carpet in the room was dirty, the air conditioner vent, one pillow, the TV was 19 inches and not scratched, and finally, the side dishes from the breakfast buffet? As sad as it is, I don't have any bread and I won't have any energy in the morning like this😢

It depends on the person, but the reception at the front desk at check-in was not very good. Payment will be made using an automatic machine. If you are staying for multiple nights, please put your entry card into the collection box at the front desk in the morning, and when it's time to check out, check out using the automated machine. The Wi-Fi signal was not very good and was often disconnected. Breakfast is free, but I think it would be nice to have a little more variety on the menu. The walls in the room are thin and you can hear conversations and snoring. Even from the door side, it is easy to hear conversations in the aisle.

Hmm, first of all, it's nonsense that the air conditioner is directly opposite the bed and the wind comes directly from it...Although it opened two years ago, the building itself is quite old, and the facilities in the rooms, including the air conditioners, are noticeably outdated. It seems like I'm using an air conditioner from about 15 years ago, so I thought it would be a good idea to replace it.The built-in hair dryer is also made by National and as soon as I turned it on, it smelled like burnt...The first floor was extremely clean, and check-in was easy with a machine, but for some reason I was forced to check in at a manned counter, which made me wonder if it was a system I didn't really understand.When he entered the room, he noticed that there was a strange draft coming in, but the window was open.Something unusual can be seen in many places. This might be a little embarrassing, but it might be better to go to a love hotel nearby lolAlthough breakfast was included, I honestly felt that 6,000 yen was expensive.There will be no repeats.

Well...the water area is dirty. There was hair in the bathtub after it had been cleaned, and there was an indescribable stain in the middle of the bathtub. (The taste can only be described as indescribable, and I can't even think of taking a picture.) It was a day of exhaustion and I wanted to take a bath, but as much as I wanted to hold back, I didn't feel like taking a bath today.The location is perfect. Right outside the east exit of the station. There is also a convenience store along the way, which is very convenient. There are train sounds, starling-like noises even at night, and Yankees' mufflers steaming. It's a fairly lively place. As mentioned in previous reviews, it might be a little more relaxing to go back and find accommodation in Kawagoe.
