The facilities in the room are also bad, and even if you say something, they will only give you an excuse. There are no words to apologize. This is the worst hotel ever. Not recommended.

A hotel that can also host weddings. The hot spring was large and nice. The Hina dolls on display are also large.

I used it with my children. The children also said that they had a lot of fun staying in the hot springs multiple times. One thing is that if we had a co-sleeping plan, we would have to order dinner for the child separately, but the person serving the meal was very helpful and we had an enjoyable meal. thank you very much.morning buffetPrivate room Japanese meal courseChinese courseRestaurant in the hot spring building*My 6-year-old daughter, who is not keen on eating rice, said that both the soba and oyakodon were delicious. Thank you for your help. Both are delicious, filling and satisfying meals. Also, I encountered a rare event where the emergency bell malfunctioned just as there was a lot of lightning, but at that time the female staff at the front desk came out of their way to stop people from using the elevator. I almost accidentally got on it (although I shouldn't use it), so I would like to thank you again. In addition, we received a very formal service such as transportation and conversation at the gate, and we were able to have a very good night.I currently live in Saitama City and previously lived in Yorii.I knew the name of the hotel, but I thought there was a reason why I had heard of it.I chose this hotel because I wanted to take a vacation within the prefecture (enjoy the forest park), and it turned out to be a great choice. The view from the room was also quite wonderful. If I have another opportunity, I would definitely use it again.thank you very much.

Since the hotel is located inside a golf course, there are no convenience stores nearby, so the only way to go is by car.

I used the Heritage pool for lunch. The man at the cash register at the store has a bossy attitude and I think he should quit the customer service industry.I’m sure other part-time workers are thinking that too lolThe food was terrible and the waiter's attitude was so bad that I never ate it twice.First of all, I do not recommend using the shop to others.I'm a Kumagaya citizen, but the service was disappointing.I sincerely support the improvement of the customer service at Heritage's store.

I had a scary experience. When I took off one of the pillows stacked on my bed to rest...I felt a G from under the pillow💦I was so scared that I couldn't sleep that day.Another time, G came into the room and I asked the front desk for insecticide, and he said, "Oh, yes, yes. I'll get it now."Is it normal for G to appear?I only use it for company training.Every time I encounter it, I can only fear it.

Rooms in the main building are better than in the annex. I was concerned about the age of the common areas in the annex.

The moment I entered the room, it smelled like cigarettes. I had a small child and some luggage, so I went to my room. …

Stayed overnight using the pool. I think it's the third time this year. At the pool, towels that used to be free for guests are now charged, chairs lined up by the pool to lie down on are now available for a fee, more and more people are bringing their own tents, and there are also paid seats for eating food. I don't know why...Maybe the management is tough, but it doesn't feel like a hotel anymore, so I guess a nearby cheap pool would be fine. The waves in the wave pool only appeared twice a day, so even the kids got bored. The promotion (recommending food) from the staff member Mike was noisy, and the food at the hotel was delicious, but I was disappointed because it felt like the good points of a hotel with a pool package were lost.
