The room was musty and the air conditioner was dirty with dust and mold.I put up with it until midnight, but I was asked to change my room because I was having trouble breathing, but after I got home, the scratchy feeling in my throat didn't go away, and on the third day, I was attacked by a fever of 39 degrees, stuffy nose, and phlegm, and I was later diagnosed with pneumonia. I was forced to take a long break. I think they are neglecting hygiene because they have had food poisoning in the past. There seems to be a hit or miss in the room.In that room, the balcony was large and water collected, and it was full of mold, so I think that water passed through the air conditioner's drain pipe and made the inside of the air conditioner full of mold.I would definitely not recommend it, by the way. This is an annex.

As others have said, you can get to the annex where we stayed through a slightly longer passageway, but in the winter, even if you go to the hot springs to warm up, you'll get cold quickly...Next time, I would like to stay in the main building. The food was buffet-style and centered around vegetables, but it was very delicious. Especially since I love tomatoes, each cherry tomato was big, sweet, and very delicious🎵The view was from a hill, and the weather was good, so the mountains looked beautiful and I felt satisfied ☺️

I answered the guest room and the food in different boxes, so even the bathroom. The bath is medium-sized, and the open-air bath and sauna are small. The sauna is not a full-fledged sauna, so it's hot and there's no cold bath, so that's what I intended.

We went as a family trip and at my mother's request. The results are as follows.【merit】・It was a room with a loft, but it was kept clean.・Rooms with lofts on the 5th floor of the annex have a nice view.・The food was buffet-style and had a lot of variety, perfect for people with picky eaters. (My mother didn't like many dishes, so I didn't have any trouble choosing.)・The hot springs were pretty good. (The view was also nice)[Disadvantages]・As mentioned in the reviews, the annex building had the atmosphere of a dormitory or resort condominium on the hallway side, and I was afraid of walking alone at night to get from my room in the annex to the hot springs.Honestly, I would have liked for the renovation to be a little more ingenious. Therefore, it is completely visible from the house.・I wish the restaurant staff would be more careful about cleaning up. (I was guided to a place where the table cover was dirty.)・The open-air bath was small. (Limited to 2 to 3 people)conclusionEveryone has their own preferences.I'm half-hearted that I want to stay there again...But the bad side is not that big.

I made a reservation using the ``Room Omakase'' plan. The room was very musty and dusty. However, during the Obon period, none of the inns were vacant and I had a hard time making reservations, so I was very grateful. As we were spending time there, my husband developed allergic symptoms and it looked pretty tough, so we negotiated whether we could have a different room for an additional fee. I was kindly shown to a different room and there was no charge. I was very impressed with their service spirit.Thank you very much for your time.

This hotel is located on a hill a little far from Chichibu Station. This time I used it the night before climbing Chichibu. As the name ``Farm Hotel'' suggests, the breakfast and dinner meals were very delicious, and I was very satisfied with the wide variety of menu items that used lots of local vegetables. The annex maisonette room I stayed in this time had a vintage feel on the outside, but the interior was clean and had the feel of a resort hotel from the Showa era, which was very nice. The staff were very responsive, and overall it was a very satisfying excursion.

I stayed there several timesThis time we stayed in a room with an open-air bath. You cannot specify the room type when making a reservation, and it is actually a Japanese-style room. The open-air bath is a converted balcony and there is no washing area. The bath is built like a sunken kotatsu and there are no handrails, making it difficult to take a bath. Not recommended due to high accommodation fees*There is only one key to the room, which is inconvenient.
