The breakfast buffet is expensive, but it's worth the price. For breakfast, there is a 7-Eleven within 0 minutes' walk from the elevator, so it might be a good idea to have breakfast at a convenience store. I would like the bathroom to be reserved for guests only. Some of them have bad manners. There is a coin parking lot nearby, so there is no problem with parking.

Stayed for one night before heading to KIX the next day. Very good location with decent service. A lot of amenities given. For improvement, perhaps any emergency to be announced in English first. (During our stay, a false alarm fire call was announce, no english announcement given).

No, it just had the best leisure facilities out of all the lodgings I've been to and it had a lot of them. The staff were very friendly, and more than anything, I liked that the large public bath was both inside and outside, so I was able to relax and relax.

Poor hygiene. I was sleeping and woke up in the middle of the night itching. There was a bug on the bed and I was bit four times. My arm had 2 major swollen bites. I asked for a room change at the reception and the staff did not apologize. They managed to change my room and in the new room there is a stain on the bed sheet. The only reason I decided to stay here is because I have an early flight to catch and as of now it’s midnight and only a few hours before my flight. I left 1 shirt behind in one of the rooms and he said why did I leave my shirt there it is my fault. Yes of course it is my fault but the issue is he almost refused to let me get my shirt back. I have travelled so many times to Japan and this hotel knows nothing about hospitality. Can a hotel actually not give back your personal belongings to you ? When they were at fault in not making the rooms clean and I had to keep taking my luggage in and out of the rooms.

Great boutique hotel, the rooms are small but comfortable, and rooms typically small in Japan. There is a Japanese bath on the top floor. The train station and 711 are next door. The beds are comfortable with TV has a poor selection of channels.Constable comfortable and good value for money

It's the best business hotel.I come to Rinku Town about twice a month for work, and once I found out about this hotel, it was my perfect choice. The location is directly connected to the station, with a convenience store and a pub right in front of you, so there's nothing to say.The facilities are generally clean and well stocked with amenities, and there are microwaves on each floor. The room is small but clean, equipped with multiple chargers and wired LAN, and well-blocked from light.Best of all, the large public bath on the rooftop has a fantastic design that looks like something out of a cyberpunk penthouse, allowing you to soothe the fatigue of your travels or work.Furthermore, there is a large amount of manga break space, so you can do everything you want. The breakfast buffet is also pretty good, with all-you-can-eat seafood bowls and nabeyaki udon noodles.Due to the location, there are many foreign tourists, but I would like to see them maintain this quality.

A modern clean well designed Hotel only two stops from Kansai International Airport. The hotel is located just outside the Inzumisano station, with a 7-Eleven and other food outlets adjacent to it.The rooms are very small just like in many Japanese hotels but they are clean and comfortable. There is an LCD TV with mainly Japanese channels. There is a Japanese bath on the 12th level and also some vending machines. The staff here were polite and friendly and this was by far the best hotel I stayed at in Osaka. I would have no problem recommending this hotel for a couple of nights stay

Since it is close to Kansai International Airport, there are many foreigners. In the bath, three foreigners were chatting loudly all the time, making it so noisy that I couldn't relax. I left, waited a while, and then went back in. Isn't it necessary to take precautions such as refraining from the tone of your voice? You can't just relax while looking at the scenery in the open-air bath. A black film is pasted so you can't see the scenery at all and there is no sense of freedom. It feels like you're surrounded by black walls on all sides. This can't be helped, but it was a little disappointing. The only disappointing thing was those two things, everything else was great. The location is great as it is directly connected to the station. There are convenience stores and Matsukiyo, so you don't have to worry about shopping. The front desk is very responsive and welcome drinks are available until 11pm. The rooms are clean, stylish and fashionable. There are also electrical outlets everywhere. It's best to take off your shoes before entering the room. There is also a wide range of amenities, from cleansing to emulsion. There was also a hair pack. The steam sauna is very good. There are even comfortable chairs near the open air. There are many washing areas and the washrooms are clean.Breakfast didn't have a lot of items, but there were seafood bowls, miso soup with lots of ingredients, and udon noodles made with rice flour. There was also porridge. All of them were extremely delicious.I visited for the purpose of relaxing and taking a bath, but I had a great time and would definitely like to use it again.
