I used it on a business trip. My boss had booked the hotel for me, and I did some research by searching for reviews on the day of the trip. The accommodation lived up to the reviews.Additional points:1. The bath towel was folded in an unnatural way, so when I picked it up, it was half dry. It was just a bunch of used items that were quickly folded up. (All towels were replaced)2.The effectiveness of the air conditioner is not good. I can't help it because of the intense heat, but even though I'm operating at maximum airflow of 17 degrees Celsius, the whole room doesn't cool down.4. Bathtub drainage efficiency is poor.5. The toilet bowl remains dirty. (The toilet seat lid was also open)6. Guest room slippers were placed in a messy manner near the bottom of the bed.7. I doubt if the yukata obi has been replaced. →The obi is not tied together like you would see at a Japanese inn, but it is simply folded two or three times and tied. When I unwrapped it, there were wrinkles in odd places, making me suspect that the obi had never been replaced.I was planning to stay for 2 nights based on the combination of other people's reviews and additional information, but I booked another accommodation for the first night. (Since payment is made in advance, 2 nights are already paid)Even so, my boss has no sense in choosing accommodations.

At first, the room was a 10 tatami Japanese-style room, butThe air conditioner wasn't working so I had to change rooms. Since it was Obon season, there were no rooms available, so I was moved to a room with a semi-double bed. Since there were 2 adults and 2 children, we added a simple bed like a parent-child bed to sleep on. Both the bath and toilet look clean, but since it's a unit bath, I used to take a shower in the tub, but the drain in the bath was dirty and clogged with hair, so the hot water didn't drain and pooled. Compared to normal hotels, the overall level of cleaning is low because it is not well maintained. However, the woman at the front desk of the hotel is very friendly and a very nice person! He was the type of person who was easy to get along with👍Besides, the lady at the cafeteria was very, very nice! ! I have a 5-year-old and a 4-month-old, and my 4-month-old has always been fussy, and since he was born he has never been able to eat slowly when he eats. Auntie hugged me and said, ``Let's eat!'' ''He was looking at me the whole time I was eating! I was so happy, wondering how long it had been since I had eaten a meal this slowly! ! My 5-year-old was also held in my arms at the end, and both children were very affectionate! My son is very shy, but he happily held me until the end. The miso soup had a lot of ingredients, and he even gave me a second helping of rice and miso soup, so I was very satisfied even though I'm a big eater! The room and facilities are not great at all, but the breakfast staff and the service, the hotel is rated 5. I don't want to stay at the hotel anymore, but I want to go to the restaurant. If they would just open up the cafeteria, I would come here to eat every time I visit Saitama.

It was my first time staying there. Although it was close to the station, I found the entrance difficult to find. At check-in, an elderly woman helped me, but she was very businesslike and didn't even smile. …

I have used it several times, and the customer service and service is below the level of a ryokan, not a hotel. Everything is personal, and there is no sense of organizational education. There are times when cleaning the room is good and times when it is bad.The advantage is that it is close to the station and convenience stores, and parking is free. However, on the first floor of the main building, the vibration and sound of the train will wake you up in the middle of the night. In the annex, you don't have to worry about the sound of trains, but you can hear the sound of the boiler, so it will take some time to get used to it. Even if someone uses the washlet, the boiler will start, so you might not be able to sleep right away. The air conditioner in the annex is old and some rooms are hot even when set to 18℃. It takes quite a while to adjust the hot and cold water in the shower. You can check in from 2pm, but there is no hot water until the evening. The posters appeal to energy conservation, but isn't the amount used almost the same even if the boiler is started earlier?

Used on business trips. I made a reservation because of the price and there was a smoking room, but it was in a different building than the one in the photo. I wasn't worried about the size of the room, but the ceiling lights were covered in dust...There was a unit, but there was hair falling and I was concerned about mold. The towels also smelled a bit. The indoor yukata has also faded and I'm worried.I was worried about the dust, so I wore a mask to sleep. Haven't you done any cleaning? After that, I was concerned about security. The lock at the entrance was like an old cheap hotel lock, and I was able to lock the window, but it was broken. Also, I thought it was on the 6th floor based on the key, but I was worried because it was on the 1st floor of the annex, right next to the entrance. The only advantage is that it is close to the station. Other than that…I will never use it again. It was very disappointing.
