I stayed there for work. It's probably far from the station. There is a parking lot. Stay a little far away and within sight. The location is in a residential area. The entire road is not wide either.Despite being such a place. We stayed in a truck with a crane that was about 6m long and 2m wide. The building was set back about 50cm from the property line, so I parked there. I don't think there was any problem with traffic. It was probably a hindrance, but...Because of my job, I need a lot of water. I want to pump water from the outside water supply into the water tank on the loading platform.Even if I were to store several hundred liters of water, I would get two replies and agree. That was the initial deciding factor.Every day, due to circumstances at the site, please respond even when there are still several hours left until dawn. It was helpful.Basically, it seems to be run by a father and daughter.Dad eats.My daughter serves the meals and cleans. There is a washing machine. Free. We also have detergent. For washing sheets and towels. There is a dryer. However, there is a fee. It means "I'm sorry."Towels are available both in the room and in the changing room. a lot. There is a small refrigerator in the passageway on the third floor.I stayed there for the first time in a year and a half. The shower was flowing normally. There are water heaters for tea and hot water in the dining room and hallway.Instant or drip coffee too. For some people, this was a good thing. and.

I used it on November 19th.I arrived in Saitama much earlier than planned, so when I explained my situation, they kindly allowed me to check in earlier.I was very grateful that they told me I could use the bath! The room was large enough for 3 people to stay overnight without meals. As for the location, it may be difficult to get there with a large car as it is in a small area.Parking was available for free.If I have a chance to go to Saitama again, I would like to use it again. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by oversleeping and checking out at the last minute 🙇

For business use ☆×4For family use ☆×3If there are many women in the family ×2Couple date is short x1A decent couple x2This time it was used by two couples. If it's a business scene, I think it's fine as long as it fits your budget, as it has the minimum required items. The room has a TV, air conditioner, mini table, air purifier, and closet. The refrigerator is shared and stored with the room number written on the bag.The washbasin is shared in the hallway and there is also free tea and coffee service. There are shared and separate toilets for men and women depending on the floor. There is only one bathroom on the third floor. Beer is sold at the entrance, but you can't use coins, so I always buy with bills. The first thing that caught my attention this time was the bathroom. There is only one shared bathroom. There is a washing area inside with several seats surrounding the bathtub. If it's just men, you can use it like a public bath, but if family members or women are involved, you'll have to lock the door inside. ←This is the pointSince it is commonly known as a family bath, it may be difficult for some people to do so unless they have a good relationship with one another. After that, if you don't think about the time, you may end up fighting with other customers, so you may not be able to arrive at your preferred time. The bath was highly rated, but I'm a little concerned about it. Dirty chairs and buckets in the washing room.Since I wash with my back to the bathtub and the distance is short, I take a bath without the lid on. And, to be honest, I couldn't get into the bathtub because there was grime floating around. The inside of the building and the rooms were well maintained and clean, so we had high expectations, but the hurdles were too high for us.I stayed overnight without meals, but considering the price, I recommend staying closer to Omiya Station for non-business purposes. There is a dedicated parking lot near the inn, so I was planning to use it for drinking on New Year's visit, but this year there were no stalls, so I actually stayed overnight without meals. After that, the sound leaks from the room.At night, you can hear coughing and TV sounds from the hallway.Based on the above, why not use it if you are not in business?

It is used for business trips.I was planning to use a business hotel, but the nearby hotel was fully booked, so I had a chance to use it.Even though it includes breakfast and dinner, it's cheap at 7,000 yen.It was a great value. Moreover, Omiya is quite a big city. Parking is also included.Naturally, the food is homemade, so I'm grateful that it's good for my body.I sometimes use inns or guesthouses because I find it troublesome to go out to eat, but it's really convenient to be able to eat at the same place. It might just be a coincidence, but there weren't many people using it on the day I visited, so I think it should be rated better.Personally, I think it's a great place. This is my first time posting.
