Next to the station, walking takes less time. 1 minute to the subway station, very convenient. Have to catch the return flight at 9:30 a.m. It only takes a short trip to Kansai Airport, so there's plenty of time to spare.

great pointPerhaps the hotel's concept is for travelers, as the aisles and doors are wide.Very comfortable.Maybe it's because it's a new hotel, but they're very particular about smells and air conditioning, and the air intake, exhaust, and dehumidification are wonderful. I think they are more particular about it than foreign four-stars from poor developing countries.The water pressure is stable and comfortable.The Wi-Fi internet environment is also excellent. At least the 4th floor where we stayed was nice.Whether the architect was great or the representative was great is beyond my imagination, but the CP, the location, the comfort of the space, how to use light control, how to use LEDs, and where the outlets are. I think everything has been carefully thought out, including the simplicity of the switch buttons and the size of the air conditioner.There are definitely many wonderful things about it, so I would recommend it to anyone who is thinking about staying there.Of course, the hotel business has different accommodation prices during peak and off-peak seasons, so if you're staying for less than 8,000 yen (no meals), consider the size of the room, cleanliness, etc. If you take this into account, please feel like, ``I don't have any bad feelings.It's a great deal.''The image is of the hotel room with 40kg of luggage inside. There is plenty of room.I think the compatibility with Kansai Airport is the best.

They are not helpful at all, we arrived late one day due to the plane and they were not helpful, the rooms smell. There is no water.

It's new, clean, and the location is very convenient. It's a 3-minute walk from the station. There are a lot of food nearby. It's very suitable for staying before and after flights. The service is friendly and attentive, and there is a luggage scale you can borrow at the counter. It is very convenient to have a small refrigerator.

I used it as a pre-departure flight from Kansai International Airport.It was nice that we had everything we needed and nothing was wasted.

The lack of breakfast included may be something I think is bad. The room is very clean. If you plan to rest for one night and go to the airport early the next morning, this hotel is really a good choice.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Room spaces are relatively big considering it's price, bigger than APA and Tokyu Inn. Front desk staffs are nice and lobby has all the good stuff that you will need. They do not offer room cleaning though and their check in time is until 9pm. If you come later than that, better let them know in advance. Excellent location, one block to nankai train station, seven eleven, drug store. Two stations to Kansai Airport and close to wakayama also.
