The view and service are great, but perhaps because the equipment is old, there are many steps inside the room, which may be dangerous for the elderly, but I'm very satisfied! ️I think I'll become a regular customer.

This was my second time using this hotel to celebrate my husband's birthday and 60th birthday. The Joshu beef was wonderful, but the owner also served us Masuda beef, and I was so mesmerized by the melt-in-your-mouth taste that I was speechless. It was the best dish. The food, which was made with the passion of the inn owner, and the hospitality of the landlady were truly wonderful. The spacious and clean private bath was also great.

When we arrived, we had some cheesecake and green tea.I wasn't feeling well, so I could only taste the food after two bites, which I thought was delicious. It's a shame.Exploring the dam lake...When I got on the board, there were no people around and it was my own space. It was refreshing and relaxing. The bath, the private bath for a fee, is similar to an Asian beauty salon. For dinner, you can see the attention to detail in the plates and glasses. So I felt like a king, which I can't get at home. Each dish is prepared one by one, and there are only a few rooms where you can enjoy a warm meal. This can be considered one of the best Japanese restaurants.Breakfast provides a lot of protein.I make amazake and koji seasoning, so it's a side dish that I can make myself, but it takes time and effort. It's a luxurious breakfast that takes health into consideration, so I feel like I can go out with energy and reaffirm that breakfast is the source of my day.I met the proprietress, the host, and the waitress, and the customer service was completely bland and not bothersome. This time I would like to make a reservation for a room with a bath.

We had great food and drinks. It made me think for the first time that this is what it means to enjoy food, and I'm very satisfied. I felt at ease and was treated with consideration everywhere. It's a place I would like to visit again.

The service to foreigners is not good, maybe the locals are better (I don’t know). I opened the room (not closed) for dinner all night, and saw the waiter walking around, which made me feel uncomfortable eating. There is no introduction to the dishes, which is far from the service in other hotels with the same fee. There is a female general (おかみのような女) who is better. The dinner is average and the service is not OK. But the room is very good, very clean and beautiful, and the view is very good.Overall, I would not pay this price to stay here. There are many choices in Japan for this price. This one is not recommended! !
