[Added on October 10, 2024]It's been a long time since it opened, and this time we had an upgrade service, so it was a good stay. We had a family twin room on the west side, and in the morning, we could see a faint view of Mt. Fuji, which made us feel good. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The room is good, although the stress of the elevator and having to go all the way to the 14th floor when checking out is still high, the quality of the room is quite high.ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーSince there are no live pictures on the official website or on the reservation sites of each company, I'll start by uploading a simple impression and a photo of the standard double. All sites are only planning perspective, so I hope this helps. In terms of price range, it's around Omiya station.・Super Hotel West Exit・Super Hotel PREMIUM East Exit・Candeo HotelsI will compare the features of each facility, but first, I will give my impressions, including a comparison with the neighboring Cadeo Hotels.1. The rooms are quiet and newly built, so you can sleep soundly without the bed getting tired. The washlet is the latest from TOTO, the air conditioning is individual, the rooms are spacious, and have a city hotel feel.2. You can mirror the TV, and the Wi-Fi is stable. There is an air purifier with humidifier, USB and outlet near the pillow, and each room has a charger, safe, electric kettle, refrigerator, and of course an alarm clock and hair dryer. The guest room facilities are much better than those next door. The bathroom is quite spacious and comfortable as there is a washing area as you can see in the photo, there is a timer when filling the bathtub so it doesn't overflow, the water pressure in the shower is strong and the temperature of the water is stable, even if you are alone. There is no problem if you are staying in a room, but if you are staying with two people, you may be concerned about being able to see each other from the toilet because the bathroom is glass-enclosed.3. There are 4 elevators, the entrance is on the 2nd floor and the front desk is on the 14th floor. Probably because all the elevators on this 14th floor always stop even if you don't press them, you often have to wait to get on other floors. I think it's better. There are 3 Kan〇O machines, but I don't remember having to wait, although it was quite a pain to have to pass them through the machine again on the 14th floor when checking out. Even though payment has already been completed, checkout is completed by going through the payment machine again.4. Check-in is done on paper, payment is made at the payment machine, card key, drip coffee etc. are provided freely. This drip coffee was delicious. I want to take it home as a souvenir.5. For breakfast, go to the store on the second floor once you exit the entrance. I'm sorry for the content, but I feel that the one next door is better. The atmosphere of the store is nice and cool, but there are some disappointing points. It's the first day of opening, so I guess I'm looking forward to it.I feel like they're very particular about the drink types and desserts. The hamburgers are small but delicious (the grated radish is also good). It's a buffet style, but there are some issues with the layout. , the selection of okra in salads is good. The staff seemed nice.6. There is a 7-Eleven on the 1st floor, the selection here is quite good, it feels really energetic, I wish the breakfast store had as much impact as this, and there was an event to commemorate the opening with cheap prices and coffee tickets available. Many. Of the four elevators, only the wheelchair-accessible elevator goes directly to the first floor, and if you ride this, you can go without going outside. The presence of this 7-Eleven is quite a point, and although it is probably a Daiwa House Group franchise, it is a very well-stocked convenience store. Sames, which is open 24 hours a day, is scheduled to open soon, making it possible to stay overnight even if you don't bring your own.7. The bathtub should be large enough to allow you to relax. There is also a space for washing, which is more comfortable than the neighbor. I think it's a good idea to bring your favorite bath salts. Even without a large bath, this bathroom is a high point.Given that there is no public bath, the comparison with Pa○su Hotel may be correct, but in terms of price range, it is a bit harsh in terms of competing with Cadeo in this Omiya area. If you lower the price, be careful as Omiya tends to have customers who stay in their rooms all night and make noise, but this is a big possibility because the rooms are spacious. There's also a convenience store right below, so it's probably the perfect location for a hotel banquet. Until now, Candeo has been the target, but from now on, it seems that this will also be a candidate.

It's new and clean, the room and bed are spacious, and the bathroom is separate. Amenities are abundant. There's nothing to say! !The bathroom door looks like a house lol, and the woody room makes me feel calm.I have stayed at several Daiwa Roynet hotels, and this one ranks high in terms of comfort.

My wife and I shared a twin room on the 16th floor. There is a convenience store on the 1st floor, which is convenient. Amenities are located opposite the front desk. I was happy that bath salts were provided. …

It's new so it's clean. The room on the top floor had a good view. I feel like the layout of the room is a bit of a waste.

I stayed at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Omiya, which just opened in March 2024. When I made a reservation using the room type plan, I was able to use a twin room, which I felt was a great deal. The only amenities in the room are water, so feel free to bring whatever you need at the free amenity corner at the front desk. The best part is that the bathtub is completely separate from the sink and toilet. I stayed up late watching YouTube on TV.
