The room is full of mosquitoes. Location very bad. Towel very dirty. Shower without heater. Shower head is spoilt. The sink water won’t flow. Toilet flush spoilt. Nothing good that I can say about this hotel, more like motel. There’s no lift here.

Nightmare of a hotel.Strongly recommend not to go to this hotel.Dirty rooms with poo stains and hairs all over.Rooms smelled damp and dirty.Rude staff.No hot water.I am a avid traveler i have experienced some worst hotels in my life but this one tops all. In other properties at least people listen but here even after multiple complaints the staff just laughed and didn't try to solve the problem.We booked king room with balcony we have to change 6 rooms just to find a room clean enough to sit.We had complained several times for hot water. Staff kept saying please wait but never did anything about it. Next day we have to change the room again 7th time to find the same problem. Hot water for 5 minutes then finished.Extremely ignorant staff, denied any request, denied any compensation.Avoid this hotel to not to waste your money, time, peace of mind.

I have booked this hotel thinking there is outdoor pool as the amenities stated outdoor pool in the Trip.com site. But when checked in I was informed there isn't and when shown the picture the receptionist at first denied. …

For the same price...if there are other hotels, it's better to choose another...Maybe it's just me who gets a room that...closed toilet, clogged sink...So I can't sleep...imagine the closet 🤮The towels.....it seems like it's been a long time...🤕

Nice hotel with the large room and small kitchen. I'm stay here when hari raya IdulFitri and they served ketupat and opor ayam for the breakfast. The food taste is delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. There is free shuttle bus to mall, airport also ferry terminal

We were staying for 6 days ,the staff was nice,but the HRD was not friendly at all he is not kind ,the room with old furniture, no TV cable, it was nice place to stay actually but minimum facilities

hidden somewhere behind a dark alley, it seemed the hotel is not in operation. i would suggest to remove it from trip.com, same as many other similar places in batam. besides, seems like a ******* venue where the neighbor invited some girl late at night.
