This inn requires confirmation of details at the time of reservation.I stayed with several people for business, and of course I had made a reservation over the phone for a private room (one room for each person), but when I checked in on the day of check-in, I was given a double room.I negotiated because the details were different from what I had made at the time of reservation, but since the reservation was made over the phone, there was no confirmation letter, etc., so I gave up.Of course, if the circumstances were intentionally changed from what was stated at the time of reservation, it would be considered an illegal transaction, but as I said earlier, since the reservation was made over the phone, there was no solid evidence as it was a verbal agreement.Since the room was fully booked, if they arbitrarily changed the room from a single room to a room with multiple people, it would be unforgivable in light of the recent LGATQ bill, even if it was between a man and a woman, and if it was done intentionally, it would be a clear violation of the contract. Yes, and it also violates the Travel Agency Act. Furthermore, the relationship of trust made over the phone will be destroyed, and you will have to request that the reservation confirmation be returned, just like in other countries.When making a reservation over the phone, be sure to take a note of the reservation confirmation, and if the situation differs from the one at the time of reservation, please sue for illegality.That's true, but the room was so dusty that my coworker developed a stuffy nose and allergies, and I also developed a dust rash.The hotel was in a situation where the only option was to prescribe Allegra to suppress the allergy.

Conveniently located near Wakkanai Station and Michi-no-Eki. The receptionist was also a nice person who had a low profile, and although the cat was moved in a cage, she was allowed to move freely in the room, so I was able to relax and relax 🙌 Thank you very much. The room has a unit bath. The cleaning was thorough and beautiful.The person who served the table was very nice and the dinner of large mackerel and scallops was delicious😋 We were blessed with clear skies and the full moon was beautiful.😆

Last July, I was taken care of on a very hot day.As everyone has said, the owner here is a really nice person!!It was too hot to check in, so I called them and they said, ``It's so hot that you're going to die, so you shouldn't come yet!'' ️” (lol)The owners are already there (*´艸｀)There is no air conditioning, so it would be better to stay outside at some facility (￣▽￣;)I took my elderly mother with me, so when we arrived at the inn, she carried my luggage to the room.In the evening, the owner told me that there was a good restaurant run by a senior, so we took her to ``Take-chan'' by herself (*>▽ <*)ゞWe had a delicious meal unique to Hokkaido (*^^*)The next day, he came all the way to my room near the check-out time and said, ``I'll be gone on business, so before that...'' he came to greet me😭Next time I go back to Hokkaido, I will stop by again (o^^o)Thank you very much 😊

I guess that was in 2015...Maybe it's because I left my wife and children behind (and left them at home), but the whole trip was a Hokkaido tour in light rain or drizzle.The wind and rain from Obihiro to here was so cold that even during the Obon holidays in August, it was as cold as mid-winter in Honshu, so it was quite a challenge.That's how I felt, so I didn't have any desire to sleep in the tent I brought, so this is what I called after arriving in Wakkanai.A former motorcyclist answered the call.There's a boiler room, so should I dry my wet rain suit there? They arranged for me to go to a restaurant or take a bath, which made my cold heart feel warm.
