Although it didn't seem to have been thoroughly cleaned in some places, the room was clean and clean.Since I was staying without meals, there was a convenience store next to the hotel entrance, which was convenient. The room also has a microwave and refrigerator. There is also a coin laundry, which I think is sufficient. The location is convenient as the monorail is right nearby.

Business hotel near Kadomashi StationThe room was dusty and the TV wasn't working.Conveniently equipped with a microwave and a convenience store right below. It was quite cheap, so I think it's a good idea if you know it before you stay there.

The service and cleanliness are just average business hotels, but there are a lot of inconveniences that make me not want to stay there anymore.I was staying alone, but for some reason a twin room was cheaper, so I chose a twin room. Of course there are two beds, but there is no place to put your luggage. Normally there would be something like a short chest of drawers or a foldable suitcase stand, but there was nothing here, so it was unfolded on the floor. Since I was staying for several nights, I wanted to take out a change of clothes, etc., but there was no place to put them (such as a drawer). There is also no shower curtain in the bath. The interior of the bath is built with the assumption that it will get wet, and the floor is similar to a normal home bath, but where should I put the bath mat for wiping my feet? If you put it inside the bath, it will get sprayed by the shower, but it would be different if you put it outside the bath (inside the carpeted room). The washbasin is inside the bath, so it's a bit unpleasant to walk into a wet room with shoes or slippers on over and over again. There was hardly any place to put things in the sink, and I could barely place a razor or hair conditioner in the gap. There's a super hotel right next door, a Toyoko Inn across the road, and an APA hotel on the other side of the station, so there's no reason to choose Livemax.

I stayed at this hotel for consecutive nights.I felt that the location was very good as it was close to the station and a convenience store, but the staff was terrible. When I was shown to my room, it appeared that the air conditioner hadn't been cleaned, and the room was so hot that it wouldn't cool down even after several hours, so I told the staff and had to move to another room.I was already exhausted from the room we moved to, so I sat down on the floor and my hand got tangled in a strand of my hair. When I spoke to the staff again, they suggested that I move to another room, but I don't know how long the room I moved to had not been used, but it was full of dust and hair, so I asked if it was possible to move to a room that had already been cleaned. They said there were no empty rooms. On top of that, could you just vacuum it? We weren't there to clean the house, but we were told that they would bring it with us and we'd have to do it ourselves. I just want them to provide me with a place to sleep. Since I was going with my family, even children in the lower grades of elementary school were at their limit as it was late at night and almost 1 a.m. I told the staff that I had plans the next day and would be leaving early in the morning, so I wanted to get some rest right away. After that, the male staff member thought it was no good to talk to him and asked if there was anyone else, but there was only one staff member that day. Anyone who claims to be in charge (from another country) should leave. Refund. He yelled at me until we were so close that our faces were touching. The child was so frightened that she started crying and when we tried to record her, she moved away, but she was not convinced, so we decided to ask the police to talk to her. When I asked why I had to be yelled at, the hotel told me they would call the police. After a while, we went down to the front desk and two police officers called 110. While they were listening to both of our stories, we told them that we just wanted to put our child to bed early and that we were just anxious after being yelled at. He also yelled at the police officer. The police officer told me that there was no way to talk about this and that I should speak directly to the upper management of the hotel management, so I asked if I could get connected to the upper management at the affiliated hotel, Livemax Osaka Umeda Premium. We are now able to respond to your request. As a result, I was moved after 2 a.m. and stayed in Umeda for several nights, and my accommodation expenses were refunded, but the police officer was also astonished, and asked the upper management of the hotel management to take appropriate action. This is a hotel with a staff in charge that is said to be good.We don't have any prejudice, and our children come from many different countries to Japan, and they all work really hard, and we continue to work hard even after they come. I wanted you to be like that too, so I have been learning languages and interacting with you since the age of 0, but I have always had the impression that foreigners are scary. This is Japan, so if the rules are good in your home country, I would like such people to return to their home countries. For the first time in my life, I thought of this hotel as someone with a personality that would be impossible to live in in Japan.I will never go there again and cannot recommend it to anyone. My child has severe asthma and is hospitalized every year due to allergies, so we went this time to find a stable period, but we were transferred to a hotel and he still had allergy symptoms until the next morning.
