This is more of a guest house than a hotel. My room was on the second floor which is only accessible by stairs.— not ideal if you have heavy luggage. The location is very good…lots of restaurants, 6-eleven, tour organizers, and money exchange. It’s is on a main road and I felt comparable walking around solo. I went to the Sunday night market and it was about 10-15min walk. Convenient and a very good price point

Do not stay here! The hotel is probably the worst I have stayed in. Firstly, we had to pay 1,000bhat for deposit which is not mentioned anywhere and they did not accept card when we asked so we had to pay cash. We were then not allowed to take our own shoes upstairs, we had to take them off outside and place them in a communal cubby hole even when we wanted to was them, we were told we were not allowed by staff. Then the room… a strong gas/sewer smell which seemed in from the bathroom, no soap to wash your hands with, no hand towels, the shower head holder was spinning on the wall so the shower head dangled down the wall and the sink leaked below every time you used it. There is an ant infestation in the rooms so I woke up to ants in the bed and all over the floor which was disgusting, this is probably why you cannot take any food or drinks in your own room without a 2000bhat fine! This is ridiculous. The floor was dirty, the light was hanging out of the wall, the picture above the bed was still in packaging, the TV quality was awful, the beds made a sound when you moved and there were no amenities which were mentioned when we booked it; no tea or coffee (despite a kettle but you can’t have any drinks in you room?), no hand soap, no fridge, no ‘city view’ (we had a view of shacks and a car park), no laundry facilities (we were told to leave the hotel and turn left) and the desk was wobbly. The staff seemed friendly but they spoke no English, were never at the desk but were always ‘watching’. Staff live in the hotel and have a room which seemed to always be wedged open and/or someone sat on the sofa downstairs waiting. They also had a cat indoors which I am highly allergic to and there was no mention of this when booking. Also halfway through our stay the WiFi on our floor went and never turned back on. Also, the AC leaked and was dripping all over my partners clothes which we did not notice until it had soaked through. Also, we were woken up to the chicken coup next door and the banging of them doing works over the road. Overall, if you don’t want to sleep in a room riddled with ants and to breathe without being fined, save your money and go elsewhere. If we were staying any longer then I would’ve demanded a refund to stay somewhere else, it is in the city but there are soooo many other places to chose from, save your money!

It's good value for money, but the location isn't very good. It's located at the southern end of Old Town, so you can go anywhere. You're right if you think it's a bit difficult to walk.Everything else is good, but the water pressure is a bit weak. The room and bathroom are very dark, so womenI don’t think you can see it well when you put on makeup.Friendly and the room itself is not bad

The house is ok, but I had the impression that the costs were primarily optimized here and not the satisfaction of the guests. I had much nicer rooms in Thailand, sometimes for much lower prices.- We only found one towel per person, none for washing hands or as a shower mat- we only found a roll of toilet paper and an almost empty pack of facial tissues- In our opinion, the key is huge and consists of a room key, a safe key, a large, thick KeyTag for the room electricity and another large, thick KeyTag for the hotel door. In addition, we only got one key per room and couldn't even get into the lobby without it (all day!). I usually only have a small Eastpack bum bag with me, and the key fills it up completely.- we didn't find any soap at the sink- when the power goes out in the room, the fridge goes out too, making it practically useless. We also couldn't find a permanently switched on socket to charge a power bank, for example. We also couldn't separate the card for the electricity from the rest of the key.- the remote control for the television didn't work and I couldn't even put new batteries in because they were stuck.- According to the sheet with rules in the room, you are not allowed to eat even small things there. The outlook can be said to be positive.

When we checked in they got us wrong room, and staff was not present most of the time. We are a couple and need separate door access but they refused. Hotel location is very strategic, close to 7-eleven and Pharmacy, also 15 minutes walk to night market. Also the view to the mountain is amazing.

Near 7-Eleven, the room is spacious, not uncomfortable, clean. The bathroom is not cramped but the room is not soundproof.
