(It's long so I'll list it in bullet points)・I made a reservation on Rakuten Travel last November to stay during Golden Week.・At the end of February of this year, I received an email (1) from the accommodation stating that the price was incorrect and asking if I could accept the revised price and that ``if we do not hear from you within 10 days, we will process the cancellation.''・"If I don't hear from you within 10 days, will it be canceled?" What should I do if I don't notice the email? I immediately called him and told him that it would not be possible.(Isn't it normal to apologize and negotiate over the phone first, rather than email?)・Even if I look elsewhere, I won't be able to make a reservation, so I have no choice but to keep the reservation at the new price.・At the end of March, I received an email (2) stating that I would be refused accommodation because the content of my previous phone call amounted to customer harassment.・My elderly mother and I had been planning a family trip for a year, so just as I was trying to make it a fun trip, I suddenly received another email and was stunned.・I thought there was a problem with the other party's unilateral claims, such as in the text of the email (2), ``I was told that if I didn't pay the accommodation amount back to the corrected price, I would spread bad comments to other people,'' so I called them again.・Tell them, "I am satisfied with the revised accommodation price and the reservation has been completed."・Also, ``I said that I would report this incident to Rakuten Travel and the Consumer Center, but I did not say that I would spread badmouthing to people online.''・It's impossible to get to this point, so I accept the refusal of accommodation.・Notify Rakuten Travel of all details・I was so disappointed with the store owner's response that I changed my trip to another prefecture.that's allThe original text of email (1) and email (2) is as follows.↓Email (1)This is Urishima Onsen Suikoen Sakura.Thank you for making a reservation at our hotel. We would like to inform you that there was an error in the charges for the plan you reserved. The price for one adult was 29,980 yen, but it was actually 32,980 yen. I am very sorry. If you are happy with the changed price, please contact us and we will process the change. If you wish to cancel, please contact us and we will process the cancellation. If we do not hear from you within 10 days, we will assume that you no longer wish to stay and will cancel your stay. I am sorry. We apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you for your understanding.Email (2)We sincerely apologize for the error in the accommodation rate.We would like to inform you about your reservation for accommodation on Saturday, May 4th.I received a phone call a few days after I sent you an email informing you that there was an error in the accommodation fee. As for the content, I was told that I was not satisfied with the change in the accommodation amount and that if I did not change the accommodation amount to the original amount, people would spread negative comments on the internet. The phone call lasted more than 10 minutes. After considering the above matters, we have determined that the accommodation falls under the category of customer harassment under the Inns and Hotels Act, so we will refuse your stay on May 4th (Saturday). We apologize for not being able to meet your request on this occasion.

This is the worst hotel ever.I have allergies, so I told them via email when making the reservation to avoid certain ingredients. The reply to the email said, ``We understand,'' and the whole family was looking forward to the day. Then, during the meal, the food I had been told to avoid was prepared for me. I thought it was a mistake, so I told the staff that I had told them when I made the reservation, but they said, ``They were in a hurry and couldn't make it through.'' What bothered me most was that even though I had told them in advance that I was allergic to something, even though I had no choice but to serve it, the food was brought to me one after another without any explanation. If you're going to release it, I think you should say something. Also, they didn't ask for a replacement that didn't contain the allergenic food, and they didn't even apologize, just plainly said, ``Please eat with your family.''That night, when I talked about the above with another staff member, he said, ``It takes a lot of effort to change the ingredients. And if something becomes inedible, the inn will do its best to change it, so the customers should handle the rest.'' '' he said with a smile. I told her in advance that there are cases where she collapses due to allergies, but I couldn't believe her response. If they couldn't change the ingredients because it would be time-consuming, I wish they had suggested the possibility in advance, and I wouldn't have stayed in the first place. After that, there was no apology at all, and the conversation was on a parallel track, which was disappointing since I was looking forward to it.The taste of the food and the quality of the hot springs were good, but I was even more shocked by the staff's response.I cannot recommend it and will never stay there again.

I called in advance and was told that they could accommodate allergies, so I made a reservation. However, when I went there that day, it was closed. When I inquired, I was told that they had sent an email explaining the reason for the cancellation, saying, ``We cannot accommodate you because there are too many types of allergies.''However, due to a mistake on the part of the inn, the email address was incorrect and the email did not arrive. They canceled my order without any reply or consent. Also, I didn't see much remorse.I was told that if I had such an allergy, other places wouldn't be able to accommodate me.However, when I stayed at other inns, they always accommodated me.I think this accommodation is not suitable for people with food allergies.

I wanted to visit the land of Tokugawa Ieyasu, so I did some research. I especially wanted to go to Kunozan Toshogu Shrine, and I also wanted to take a hot spring, so I searched for a nearby ryokan. That's where I found this inn.It was quiet, there was a courtyard, a nice view, and I was able to spend a relaxing time. At Urishima Onsen in winter, buds were beginning to appear on the withered trees, and even though it was cold, I felt strong. There was an open-air bath where you could relax and warm up while looking at the mountains. The amount of food was more than I could finish, but the taste was delicious. The rice was takikomi kamameshi. The fire was lit as soon as the course meal started, so that it would be finished by the time the course was finished.Although each portion was small, I still couldn't finish the second half. It was delicious, but the total amount was so large that I couldn't finish it all. I felt sorry. The remainingFor dinner, Mr. Nakai said he would make rice balls. Thank you very much.(I had this for lunch the next day) I was satisfied with the meal. The next morning, the windshield of the car was completely white. While I was taking photos until the frost on the glass thawed, the owner came out from inside and took my photo. I was very happy with this thoughtfulness.I was very satisfied with the kindness of the people at the inn in a quiet location with a calm atmosphere. I thought it was a place that could be enjoyed during the spring and autumn seasons. thank you for helping me.

I used it for my first overnight stay with my almost 2 year old daughter. I was worried that if I ran around or cried at night, I might be a nuisance to those around me, so I thought it would be okay if we were limited to two groups per day, but there were no other guests on that day, so we were able to have a really private time without any hesitation. The baths were reserved for each group, so the whole family could take a relaxing soak, and the food was plentiful, so we were very satisfied. The staff were very kind and I was grateful for the information about the spots where I could see fireflies nearby. If I have a chance to go to the area again, I would definitely like to stay at this inn.

When I arrived, there was nothing around me in the mountains, what? However, the baths and meals were very nice, and I was able to heal the fatigue of everyday life. The two rooms were spacious and I was able to enjoy the Olympics with my family and relax like I was at home. There was Wi-Fi in the room, and my sons of that age were also satisfied. The mother was very attentive and made steamed oysters for my husband and son, who don't like raw oysters, and we were very satisfied with the meal. Even though I couldn't eat all of the kamameshi, they made it into rice balls and it was really delicious.I would like to stop by again if I have a chance.
