I used it with my wife and 6 month old child. It felt like a detached house, so I didn't have to worry about the voices next door, and I was able to spend time with my kids. The open-air bath in the room was spacious enough and had a shower, so it was easy to use. I went in twice, once in the morning and once at night. All of the dishes were satisfying, especially the rice for breakfast, which was fragrant and delicious. The male staff, the foreign staff, and Kamo were all warm and nice. It's recommended for families with children, but I also thought it would be a good place to spend some time as a couple. The nature of Aso is also very attractive.I really want to go again.

The rooms were clean and well appointed, but it felt like an old building that had been renovated. But what's more important than that is the friendliness of the staff and the friendly atmosphere. There are ducks in the garden (lol)When you check in, you will receive free duck food. With it in hand, I played with the ducks while staying at the inn (lol) These ducks were so cute ♡When I go to the public bath or cave bath, or when I go to eat rice, they come out of nowhere and come to me asking for food. When I went out to eat breakfast in the morning, I opened the front door and there were already 5 or 6 ducks waiting for me (lol). Thanks to you, I had a fun trip.duck & catI'm doing a good job!

The reception at the front desk was wonderful, as they apologized for not being able to meet us at check-in and told us that they had contacted us via email in advance. When the waitress guided me to the guest room, I couldn't stop grinning from the warm welcome from the waitress's ducks. The guest room is large enough for two couples. I thought there would be 2 Japanese-style rooms, but it was a Japanese-Western room with spacious twin beds so I could have a good rest. When I went out early in the morning, it was a little foggy and it looked magical, and I had fun playing with the ducks in the fog (I got to know them pretty well).

I used it for the first time, but the room was relaxing and I had a great time. The meal was kaiseki cuisine and I ate so much food that it was tough lol😆Assorted horse sashimi and grilled red beef are super delicious😋The indoor open-air bath is relaxing ♨️Mr. Nakai has many foreign staff. It seems that there are some staff members who are not good at Japanese. An adorable inn where ducks come near ❤️The room is on a slope, so even if it is barrier-free, some assistance is required. The surroundings are quiet and very nice

The service is very good, the room is very comfortable, and it is a warm Japanese-style hotel. The breakfast and dinner are so rich that I can't finish them. It is suitable for self-driving travel.
