When I arrived and opened the key box, it was not there, so it took a long time to inquire, and when I went into the room with the spare key, it seemed that the room had not been cleaned. (After 7pm)There were only stairs, and I had some trouble going up, and the room was like that, so I immediately contacted them again, but they told me to send them a photo, and they said (I don't know your email address because it's a phone call, and I can't send images via SMS.) (So if you need to send a picture, please send me a blank email and reply.) They came right away to clean, but it took about an hour to get into the room due to some trouble. If you decide to stop here, it would be best to leave enough stamina to be able to respond.By the way, it seems that refunds etc. cannot be decided by the operator on the phone, and we have to wait for a response from the owner. I'm not sure if I'll get a reply, so I think I'll have to call again. When checking out, return the key to its original location, leave it in the room, or return it to the front desk. There are 3 different things written in various places, but which one is true? The room we used was large, with 2 rooms connected across a passageway, so it seemed like 4 people could fit in 2 rooms. I think you can appreciate the spaciousness.Perhaps because the room was cleaned in a hurry, the round boxes for tea and sweets that were shown in the photos on the hotel reservation site were not there (although they are cheap so it's okay to not have them).I thought it would be nice to have a sink and a cup for tea a few minutes from the futon.I think it would be better to update the room photos on the reservation site to avoid problems.

I used it on a trip with friends and family.I thought it would be cheap and I would stay overnight without meals.I thought I understood...Still, it was hard for me to understand...The room is also full of insects. My hair was also falling out. (Aside from that)The futon is also fluffy! !When I woke up, my body hurt.If you just want to sleep,I want this area to be done properly.I can't sleep on such a flat mattress...Also, the noise from upstairs. It's a good thing there's no staff. There are many people who make noise until late.Even if you are careful, it may cause trouble. All I can do is cry myself to sleep.Maybe this is just a matter of luck...?Just staying the night, though.I thought it was a bit harsh. You can see my feet. The door in the bathroom was also poorly positioned and difficult to close. If you don't close the door to the women's bath, the changing area is completely visible from the outside. Please give me a break.

It was maybe foreshadowing that Bob Dylan's desolation row was playing before we walked in. It felt like we had entered the Japanese hotel version of the song.We have stayed in unmanned hotels before and it hasn't been an issue as the places are kept in good order, but this place feels forgotten and unloved. When you walk in there is sand everywhere and peeling wallpaper. We hadn't received our key box code via email to get our room key and the phone number to call was a Tokyo number, even the staff seemingly didn't want to be here. He helped us solve the problem quickly and we were on our way to our requested non-smoking room.Another review talked of the hotel having a sketchy/off feel to it. That is certainly elevated by the fact that most of the carpet is missing and you walk across a patchwork of peeling carpet tape.On opening the door the smell of cigarettes hit us like a wall. It seemed as if someone had been chain smoking in the small entrance space for a week to get around the no smoking in the room rules...semantics. The smell had seeped into the fabric of the room and the colour of the ceiling.Inside was spacious enough for the price, with the usual patchwork shoji sliding doors, full of the memories of missed openings. The futons are the thickness of a double folded tissue and compare poorly to other rooms in a similar price range. The lack of love and attention to this crumbling place is seen in other areas too such as a kettle without an outlet to plug it into and no cups to pour the heated water into. A light switch that turns on nothing. Everything seems to fit, in the wrong way. There is nothing wrong with cheap unmanned hotels, they offer a great change to the soulless high end overpriced hotels that are all white and lights, but you need to invest and look after it. There is nothing that could not be turned around here with some regular maintenance, attention to detail and some interest and care about the service you are providing. I hope that a change happens but I won't hold out any hope.

It's very cheap and the location is good as it's close to the beach. But be careful because it's really cheap.People who like cleanliness and cleanliness should avoid it.There was so much hair and dirt in the room that the soles of my feet got dirty every time I walked. The hot spring was a natural hot spring and felt nice, but the cleanliness of the bathroom was not very good and I felt like my bath was wasted.I think it's good for people who are really looking for something cheap.
