I went there with some trepidation after reading the reviews, but to be honest, it was worth the price, and the room was much cleaner than that one in Makuhari that was full of dust.However, I honestly thought that the lack of amenities and the lack of variety in the breakfast should be explained by looking at the price.Great location and close parking lotThe low reviews are probably from people who have only stayed at great hotels, so it's okay.The bath is small, so it might be better to come after taking a bath.Although you are over 180cm tall, you should be prepared for the shower to be so small that you might barely be able to wash your body without your body hitting the waterproof sheets.Also, give up on the view from the window.The price is the price.

Motorcycle🏍️Touring Iwaki edition, my friend made a reservation here at ``Select Inn Iwaki Ekimae''I went by bike so parking 🅿️ was difficult.I was told that I could park my car at the entrance of the hotel, but since it would be difficult to push the car from the sidewalk, I gave up and parked it in a flat-bed parking lot that the hotel has partnered with, which costs 800 yen.Is smoking allowed throughout the hotel? 🚬The building seems to be quite old.As someone who doesn't smoke, it was quite painful 😮💨Why did you choose this hotel for two people who don't smoke?There was a sign near the elevator that said, ``There was a trace of someone throwing away a cigarette🚬 in front of the elevator and rubbing it with their feet, so please stop.''I’m scared of fire 🔥 lolThe bath in the unit bath is small.The bed 🛏️ was spacious and comfortable ♪Also, as mentioned in other people's reviews, there is the "outlet problem" (lol)This is quite inconvenient~This is one of the issues that I would like to see improved somehow.It was raining when I tried to go out for dinner, so I asked the front desk to lend me an umbrella, and they happily lent me one 😊And when I checked out, the young staff girl at the front desk took care of me, and she was very nice 🥳I was able to leave the hotel comfortably 👌Hotels that allow smoking throughout the hotel are now rare for people who smoke.As someone who doesn't smoke, I don't think I'll ever stay here again, but I hope they keep doing their best.Thank you for your help 🙇♂️

The reviews aren't very good, but I think it's okay for a local business hotel.It's a little disappointing that there's no microwave in the building, but there's a convenience store on the first floor and a supermarket across the road, so you can use the microwave there.There are countless restaurants around, so perhaps there aren't many people looking for microwaves in the first place?Breakfast is at the bare minimum level, but considering the price of 550 yen, I'm satisfied.

The location in front of the station is good. The highest rank in this land. The service including customer service (?) is unique to a local city. If it is a cheap plan, you can repeat it. No need to stay long.

The room is small and dimly lit when you open the window, as there is a boiler or something on the roof that prevents sunlight from entering.The bath is small and you don't feel like you've taken a bath.When the hot water overflows, the room becomes a mess. It's cheap if you just want to sleep, so it's better than a capsule hotel.I made a reservation on a Friday and it said it would cost 3,600 yen with parking, but there was an additional charge of 800 yen, so it ended up being 4,400 yen.Agoda is also cheaper. I thought not.One of the hotels I don't want to stay at again.

In June 2024, I used it as a night stay before watching a sports game.There is a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel near the station, and there are many restaurants nearby. Also, the location is perfect as it takes about 15 minutes by car to major tourist spots.Although the room is a little old, it is reasonably spacious. The size of the bed was acceptable for two people.The key was a traditional plug-in type, but I was a little surprised that it locked automatically.The bathtub was small and the area around the toilet was a little cramped.The amount of water in the shower and the drainage in the bathtub are at a satisfactory level.The outlet was on the wall away from the bed, so it wasn't very convenient to use. There were no side tables, but the headboard was wide and convenient for placing things like smartphones and glasses.It's a shame that the cleaning didn't seem to be thorough, but considering the price range, it's unavoidable.In the room I used this time, there were no problems with Wi-Fi speed or connection status.I was happy to be able to watch YouTube on TV.I didn't notice any noise from the next room or the hallway. Also, although it faces the main street and there are many restaurants, I couldn't hear any outside noise (I stayed on the 5th floor this time).Considering the cost performance and location, I think there will be repeat visits. thank you for helping me.

A few minutes walk from the south exit of Iwaki Station, the Family Mart on the 1st floor is a landmark.I think this hotel is recommended for people who want to get things done in front of the station, as it is almost directly connected to the Iwaki Station pedestrian deck and escalator. The location is very good.I made a last-minute reservation and had a plan that was within my budget, so I was able to stay cheaper than other nearby hotels.I was worried that it would take a while to get around the hotel because I was staying at the front desk on the second floor, which is above security, and there was only one elevator.Wi-Fi is slow.I can't connect to the WiFi assigned to each room number.postscript:There were leftover drinks left in the refrigerator from previous guests.

The unit bath is small. Larger people have a harder time.I think it is better not to include breakfast, you will be disappointed from the morning.The location is good, but there are many hotels around.Although it is in front of the station, it is quiet once you enter the room. Near the station, if you are coming by car, use the nearby 🅿.There is a convenience store and izakaya, so stay overnight without meals.I am satisfied because I use it for work.

Facing the main street in front of Iwaki Station, the first floor is conveniently located at FamilyMart! Yet the room is quiet! The shower has good water pressure and the water is hot! The bed is moderately hard and comfortable. It's great to be able to watch YouTube on TV!Best of all, you can stay for less than 4,000 yen in this day and age! If you walk about 300m, there is a parking lot for 500 yen/24 hours!

If you're using it for business, it's acceptable since it's in front of the station and costs this much.The woman at the front desk is more bitter than the receptionist at a funeral.No information about the facility at check-inThe male staff were politeThe room is average, but the walls are thin, and you can hear the sound of the curtains next door and the sound of your smartphone.Work → If you just want to eat out and sleep, you can stay overnight.
