I stayed there on Saturday. Lately, the number of accommodations around 5,000 yen has been decreasing, so I finally found one after having a hard time finding one. Although the building is old, it was kept clean and had a good impression. The landlady was also friendly and I was able to stay with peace of mind. Since we had to share a bath, we considered using a public bath nearby, but in the end we rented the bath at the inn. Everyone there was kept clean and there was no unpleasant feeling at all. Next time, I'm thinking of renting a bath at the hotel from the beginning. What do you think of Shinkaichi? I thought so, but it didn't give me such a bad impression as there were many shops open until late and it was lively. I found a delicious yakitori restaurant nearby and would like to return there as well. However, the curfew is at midnight, so I can't really enjoy my drinks slowly, but I think it's safe because they close the entrance properly. I think it's a good inn for those who want to stay cheaply and have a few drinks. Saturday was fully booked, so make your reservation early!

Stayed on March 30, 2024Ryokan near Shinkaichi shopping street in Kobe cityTo put it bluntly, it feels somewhere between a ryokan and a simple lodging facility.I stayed on the fourth floor and the room and facilities were well kept.The view from the rooftop was pretty good.The landlady was very cheerful and friendly.It's convenient because it's close to Shinkaichi Station and there are a lot of shops around.

It was a fairly cheap accommodation for Kobe.It felt like a student dormitory, with baths on each floor that individuals took turns using. The only noise was the sound of people walking, and it was quite quiet at night.I think it depends on the taste of the guests, but I had a comfortable stay and would definitely use it again.

Conveniently located in front of Shinkaichi Station. Shopping streets and convenience stores are also nearby. You cannot enter or leave the store after the 24:00 curfew, so if you want to buy something from a vending machine, be sure to do so early.

It's the worst when the floor hits a crazy noisy customer. If you look down, you will realize once again that there is no end. Beer stored in the refrigerator can be compromised before you know it, so be careful.There are no problems with the hotel's function as an accommodation facility or its staff.
