I will never return to this hotel, the service is very bad, to process data entry you have to wait a long time, I rented a room for three days, my room was not cleaned during my stay here for 3 days, the receptionist said it was because I didn't tell housekeeping to clean the room me, why do you have to be told first, cleaning the customer's room is your obligation as housekeeper, bath soap is not topped up, tissue is not topped up, mattress covers are not exchanged for new ones, during the day you can't sleep because it's too noisy outside

The room on the 2nd floor has a slippery bathroom, the cleaning service for cleaning the bathroom isn't clean, and the service isn't good, it's also slow to clean the bathroom, the bathroom is frowning, in the comments the work is not acceptable. Then at night there are also lots of mosquitoes. Sweeping the floor the room wasn't clean either.
