Standard room like Oyo, the disappointment was that my 5 year old child couldn't join in. It's funny, this hotel doesn't make it comfortable for customers so it can be used as a place for cheaters. ckckc

Pretty good but needs to be improved on cleanliness, when checking in there was cigarette ash on the table and the bathroom smelled if the blower was turned off but if the blower was turned on the blower was very noisy and the sound was very annoying

This place was really nice. With the breeze and very relaxing vibes, WOW i really want to come back here. Spacious huge lobby, very nice pool specially the pool bar. With a white sand beach and a very friendly staff. At night it was really nice to hangout at the bar.

Bintan Nirwana Hotel was our place to stay during our trip to Tanjung Pinang and Bintan.Our trip was in the month of Ramadan, Alhamdulillah, our sahur meal was delivered directly to our room. Even though the portions are not that big, the food menu is delicious and does not disappoint.greatpppp

Location: easy to find, but rarely eateries or convenient store hereParking: limitedElevator: no, we supposed to get the room on third floor but on D day, they gave us 4th floor and there's no elevator that if you brought heavy stuff i dont recommend to stay hereBreakfast: standard beverage, bread and rice, you can also order their food which is inexpensiveRoom: spaciousBathroom: heater and toilet flush not working wellService: they don't tidy up our room on second day so no drinking water replenished too

The room was just ordinary, the bathroom had lots of insects, the noise outside the room was like a noisy hotel, the noise of women's voices screaming and singing was still like that until after midnight.Not suitable for those bringing the family or really wanting to rest at the hotel.
