It's cheap at 3,500 yen excluding tax for a room without meals, but it's a clean and homely pension regardless of the price | I'm a repeat customer, and every time I visit, I discover something new, and I feel a sense …

I can't sleep because of the loud voices next door. It's not the thinness of the walls. I would like them to consider various countermeasures, such as being careful about unscrupulous customers, establishing rules, and only accepting one group.

There was a forest where Totoro seemed to be. The pension also had a homey feel and was very relaxing. I wanted to go there again.

When I searched for cheap pensions in Nasu, I found this one. I made a reservation because it was very cheap at 3,750 yen for a room without meals, and it seemed like a good pension with many repeat guests based on reviews from people who had stayed there. On November 8, 2016, four adults and I suddenly had to go to a hospital in Nasu, and we had made a reservation directly over the phone that day, but luckily we were able to stay the night. My daughter was not feeling well and it was difficult to take her to the second floor, but she was very helpful in carrying my luggage to her room. The room was quiet and clean, so I was able to relax. Due to an urgent matter, I was unable to go sightseeing, but next time I would like to go sightseeing and stay overnight. There was coffee service in the morning, and I had a relaxing and luxurious time in a room with nice furniture and background music. The couple were friendly and gave us a map of the Nasu area, and we had a great time chatting about sightseeing spots and why they opened the pension. There were various warning signs in the room and bathroom, and when I asked my wife, she told me that some guests had no manners, so they had no choice but to put them up.There were lots of discount coupons at the entrance, and the wife has been running a pension for many years, so she gave us detailed information about tourist spots. The autumn leaves were at their best in mid-November, and it was the first snow on Nasu Highlands.

I've been to a lot of places, but this is the first time I've experienced something as horrible as this. When I checked in, my family was sorting out their luggage, and there were other families with children. Is it always like this at home, not only at my house but also at all the children and parents (customers), and it's so noisy? I was told that it was like a sports day and that it was so exciting. Not only my family members' eyes lit up, but other families' eyes also lit up.It's normal for children to be a little lively (...;Also, There were a lot of things that looked like rules stuck to the walls inside the hotel (...;) Baths, toilets, rooms, washrooms, local areas, etc. It was a family trip, but we couldn't enjoy it at all and stayed outside until the last minute. I decided to just go out and sleep.I'm really worried.I can't recommend it to families.I'm told that I haven't paid the bill yet even though I've already paid the bill.It makes me feel very uncomfortable.
