Our stay at Eska Hotel Batam was an absolute disaster! From the moment we arrived, the receptionist seemed utterly disinterested in assisting us. Despite this, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and checked into our room, only to be met with a nightmare. The air conditioning was malfunctioning, leaving the room feeling warm and humid even at a temperature of 16°C. We called the receptionist to rectify the issue, but the serviceman's attempts to fix it were futile. The problem persisted, and to add insult to injury, the refrigerator was also not working. We reported this issue and were told a new refrigerator would be provided, but even that was a lie. The new one was just as faulty as the old one. We are appalled and disgusted by the sheer incompetence of this hotel. My partner and I have decided to leave and book another hotel. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT stay here. Our experience was a complete and utter disappointment.

The service was not ideal. I was injured in an accident and asked for a medical kit at the counter. I was told that I could not use up a disposable saline solution and had to return it after using it. In addition, I ran out of drinking water in the room, so I couldn’t ask for two more bottles❌The man who fried eggs in the breakfast area would get angry if he asked for more fried eggs. In addition, the environment was really bad. There were renovations in all directions. The location was not good at laying eggs and there was no food.

I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel so far. Upon arrival, I found that the air conditioning was not working properly, and the room was not cool at all. To make matters worse, the toilet started malfunctioning, causing sewage water to overflow and leaving a foul odor in the room. I've only been here for less than 12 hours, and I'm already extremely frustrated with the poor conditions. I hope the hotel management takes immediate action to address these issues and provides a better experience for future guests. I will never ever recommend this to any of my friends. This is a super bad experience and it really dampen my. Mood.

Hotel management must provide a little manners to security and employees who are assigned to deliver food ordered by customers online. Don't steal the tips that should be given to online drivers. That's called haram money. You work as security but become thieves.

nice and cozy atmosphere with friendly staff, providing good value for money. The location in the city center of Batam is convenient, being next door to the Future Mall, a Circle K convenience store, parking spots, and spas.there were a few issues during my stay. The internet connection was a nightmare, making it difficult to stay connected. The bathroom walls were mouldy, and the bed's headboard was dusty, especially noticeable when the spotlight pointed at it, revealing obvious dust and spider webs.Additionally, the restaurant staff had a habit of staring at guests, which felt uncomfortable. When making purchases and paying in cash, they did not offer receipts unless specifically requested, which is not ideal for transparency.

Staff attentive. Room/curtain dusty. Aircon noisy. Linen stale but clean. Construction all around Hotel hallway stuffy. Dont try air room by opening window, stale smell really wakes up and hits you, with the mosquitoes.

The overall is Okay, have stuttle to and ffrom terminal too. Just the roof top food (medium rare) steak is not recommended. As I have tried the food cooked by them, fettucy spagetti is nice, but the steak is not nice. The first time they give me the steak is well done steak, i request for change, they give me the rare steak, and i ask to change again, they oven the steak until well done again.... So it was not a good experience to try the steak at the roof top restaurant of the hotel.

The location is not very good, because the shophouses around are not very lively, there is only a Circle K near the hotel. The hotel is not far from Batam Center and not far from the airport either. I got a room that smelled of cigarettes then I asked to change, but in the second room the AC wasn't cold at all, just wind and when I slept it felt hot. Not recommended for longer stays. The rooms are quite compact and look new

The room is quite comfortable, the food is also varied and delicious, at dawn the food is also delivered to the room. The only drawback was that the TV had "no signal", I reported it to the staff but it wasn't fixed until day 2. But over all ok, hopefully in the future it can be even better.
