I stayed here a while ago during my trip to Nasu. After reading the reviews, I went there expecting that it would probably have a pension-like feel and the food would be luxurious.I made a reservation at Ikkyu, and the dinner course came with foie gras, and the sautéed foie gras was really delicious...!I ate it with my tongue. The pumpkin potage, steak, and sweets were also great. The sweets were served in a buffet style, and since I was pretty full by this point, I wanted something refreshing, so I had fruit punch, plums simmered in red wine, and gelato (lychee and strawberry), and they were all delicious!I especially loved the sweet and sour taste of the plums braised in red wine, so I ended up ordering a second helping. lolThe fruit punch was not the usual canned one, but the grapes and Shine Muscat, which contained fresh fruit. The gelato also had an authentic taste.I've never been very impressed by the sweets I've had at hotels, but the sweets here are really delicious, so I'd like everyone to try their sweets! For breakfast, I had the choice of an omelet or a fried egg, so I went for the omelet. The bacon that came with the omelet was very thickly sliced and delicious.I thought the bread was the most delicious thing for breakfast.I especially liked things like milk bread. The bedroom was a bit small as it was a triple room, but I was very impressed that there was a cypress bath in the room that I could use whenever I wanted!I wasn't expecting much from a hotel room bath, so this made me happy. The open-air bath that is open 24 hours a day was also very nice to be able to take a bath in the forest.I took a relaxing bath while bathing in the air from time to time. When I woke up, my face was bitten by a mosquito. lolIt was a very good hotel, but there was one thing. Is it okay that the reception didn't go very smoothly? I thought a little.I felt like they were busy preparing meals, etc. Also, the final payment was only made in cash and no credit cards could be used, so those staying at the hotel should keep this in mind!

I had the best experience in the quiet town of Nasu-Shiobara.The room had the gentle warmth of wood, and the plumbing seemed to have been recently renovated, so it felt very clean. The air conditioning was also comfortable.Dinner was French cuisine using local ingredients, and it was very delicious, bringing out the flavors of the ingredients. There were 10 types of desserts in the buffet style, so I was very satisfied.I reserved a private time for the open-air bath when I checked in, and was able to use it at my leisure.Breakfast was delicious, with fresh vegetables and fruits, milk, egg dishes, and bacon.I would definitely use it again.

Worth staying! Even though I was satisfied with just the French full-course dinner, I was really satisfied with the private open-air family bath and the indoor bath that came with the room!Definitely repeat.

The food is usually delicious French. You can eat it without having to go all the way to Nasu. (Cheap course)The atmosphere of the private bath looked nice, but the temperature of the water was so high that it burned me, and I gave up after just stepping into it for a moment. It was a shame. The employees seemed nice.
