The unfortunate thing is that・The person in charge of guiding the room was the kind of person who had to check in detail what was where. Maybe someone who just joined...? That's the impression I got.・The pace of cleaning up the evening meal was fast.I could tell that they wanted to serve the customers as quickly as possible as they were preparing for the next customer, but I would like them to be more careful about the pace at which they eat. (The employee in charge apologized to me at the end, so I was able to finish it without any ambivalence.)And when the employees put the food on the table, the sleeves of their clothes got stuck in the drinks and food.I felt like the education in that area was not very thorough. The good thing is that・The old man who came to the parking lot to carry our luggage may have mixed reviews depending on the person, but my family thought it was interesting and loved it (lol)・The room was well-cleaned and beautiful. Many of my family members have house dust allergies, but we had a comfortable stay without getting any worse. I was also happy that there were many types of drinks.・I asked for a relaxing massage, and the response was excellent.・The bath was also nice.・The breakfast was delicious and there was nothing special about it.If you go there expecting customer service at a high-class hotel, you might feel disappointed, but I'm glad that I was able to relax overall.

It was a bad time. There are a lot of Chinese tourists on China's National Day. Check-in is also difficult. I waited in the lobby with a drink, but there was nowhere to sit. There was a place to sit for the late night ramen (delicious). The hallway is also made of tatami, but I rummage around in a large trunk. I don't have slippers, so I'm worried. The staff said that the wheels in the trunk were being wiped, but I never saw them. Although it was a hot spring, I didn't feel like going to the public bath, so I ended up staying there since there was an open-air bath in the room (which was a little strange). Dinner was also a mess, with things being thrown down on the way due to being pushed, and Thai sashimi having a bone in it that got stuck in my throat.I've used several Kyoritsu resorts, but their reviews are lower than others.

The room is nice and the hot spring is nice. You really don’t need to order dinner, it’s more fun to buy it from the supermarket and eat it back. The attitude of the service staff is really bad.

First of all, you can create a quaint garden from the entrance...When you arrive at the parking lot, the staff will greet you and guide you to the lobby...Welcome drink of plum juice and Nanki Aroma Cafe hospitality✨️The bath is drawn from the source water. Ai hot spring in the sink ♨️ Monju Onsen... It's a very good hot spring ♨️ ✨ Kaiseki meal of abalone and Kumano beef... It was very good ✨ The ocean view from the room... Since it was a room on the first floor, there were many trees and the sea was visible. I was blocked 💧... I can only feel sorry 💧

I stayed here for 3 nights in September. There were some foreign staff at the front desk, but they were polite and smiling. The room was a separate maisonette, but it was spacious and I hardly used the Japanese-style room. The amenities were Sekkisei and Mikimoto, and the open-air bath overlooking the ocean was amazing. We also had a special menu for consecutive nights, and all of the meals were delicious. Even though the portion was large and I was full, I ended up eating the night cry soba that started at 10pm. I wonder if it's the Wakayama version. It was also delicious.Restaurant staff are always smiling and courteous. The young female staff member (I think it was Ms. Nagai) had a friendly conversation with the elderly, and she asked me if I wanted to be seated for my next meal (private room, window seat, etc.), so I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably. An older female staff member immediately noticed any mistakes in serving the food and took care of them politely. As many people have written, the location of the mixed bathing bath is near the sea, which is a short walk down the stairs, so the location is good, but the stairs on the way back may be difficult for elderly people. At first I was only given one key, but I asked for two. I left my keys with me when I went out, but when I returned, I only got one, and one of the keys didn't have a lock for the safe, so I felt like the young male staff weren't very used to it.On weekdays, there are many foreigners from Asia.It is close to Adventure World, Senjojiki and Sandanbeki are within walking distance, and Kumano Sanzan and Mt. Koya are within walking distance if you drive.

The ocean view from the private onsen room is truly breathtaking. You could sit for hours and never get tired of the view—it’s easily the highlight of the stay. However, the dinner was well below expectations. At this price point, I was hoping for a much higher quality meal, especially compared to the Kaiseki dinners I’ve had at other onsen hotels. Unfortunately, the food just didn’t measure up. Additionally, the service at the restaurant was challenging, as the staff didn’t speak any English, making communication difficult.Overall, I’d give this hotel 3 stars. I really hope they can improve the dining experience, as the location and room are fantastic.

From the US, my girlfriend and I found this place to be the highlight of our Japan trip. The seaside room was so beautiful and all the snacks and wonderful food, not to mention the lux onsens blew us away. Very dreamy and very nice touches. One comment- the seafood dinner is it for a novice western foodie. It gets weird!

Premium Onsen Ryokan with Japanese style regulationsIt's beautiful, with cafes, shops, and a view of the coast. If the light is beautiful by the sea like this, it's a bonus.
