This is a new Alm.Convenience store (Seven) is about 2 minutes walk across the road.It's probably about a 5 minute walk to the supermarket. Conveyor belt sushi next door.There are not many parking spaces in front of the hotel. (A little over 10 units)The lady at the front desk who wore short hair was very considerate. thank you! I'll come back later!Hotels in Obihiro city are expensive, so I'm grateful for this price!The bath is small.The air conditioner is Kirigamine!The hotel is made of wood, so be patient with the noise!

I think Mr. Alm's hotel is doing its best as the prices of business hotels are soaring. I have used Minami, Otofuke, and Memuro so far, but I felt that there was not enough parking in front of the hotel. Since I work in a truck, I find it difficult to use hotels in the city, so I stay in these type of places, but I was especially concerned about parking.

As per the reviews, it was a clean and satisfying hotel.However, the bathtub and toilet may be inconvenient for people over 175cm tall.

The building, rooms, and facilities are very clean.The reception is not bad either.Convenience stores and restaurants are also nearby.However, since it is along the road, there is some car noise. I was curious because the room I stayed in this time was on the road side (room number 100).Rooms in the 200s on the back may be quieter.Parking spaces are limited and first come first serve.

This is the first accommodation for touring in Hokkaido.They were very responsive even when I contacted them over the phone that my check-in would be delayed.In fact, I barely made it on time.The room is clean. There is a free breakfast service.There weren't many washing machines, but there was a coin laundry about a 5 minute walk away. There was also a convenience store across the road, so it was convenient.I had a great time at my first accommodation.
